One of the most outstanding features inside is a lake covering six thousand square metres, with six thousand cubic metres of water unfit for drinking, making good use of the special tertiary treatment at Torrevieja's water purifying plant. In it there are geese, ducks, ganders and three thousand coloured carp. The local Mediterranean vegetation is abundant.


Europa 3 Apartments are in a good location next to the Park of Nations in Torrevieja. This area is close to all amenities of the area, including the new Habaneras’ shopping
Centre and Ozone a pedestrian area with crazy golf, cinema, bowling many restaurants and bars. Also 500m will take you to the marina and the beaches. The apartments boast a communal pool.
This in my opinion is one of the most popular areas of Torrevieja.

The nearest sandy beach is La Mata which is just a few minutes away but there are so many beaches and coves along this coast you could easily visit a different one each day of your holiday. Both La Mata and Torreviea which is found south have lovely pine forest areas which lead to a long sandy beaches with sand dunes. Golf There are several golf courses in the area Travel Alicante AND Murcia airports are 40 minutes away. Transfers can be organised Distances Torrevieja town with its promenade and marina is 5 minutes drive. Here you will find plenty of shops, bars, restaurants to enjoy. Or you could walk along the promenade, shop at the market stalls, or just sit and relax watching the world go by. The Aqua Park is also a 5 minute drive away
