Vacation Rental Description
It is close to Super Market, Shops, bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are four Golf courses all within a 20 minute drive. The Property is in the Aguas Nuevas Area.
Torrevieja main town centre is about a ten minute drive or you can use the nearby bus.
Local restaurants, bars and super markets are in easy walking distance.
A 15 minute walk to nearest beach which is a small beach in a rocky cove.
Blue flag beaches are La Mata beach 2500 metres long is 30 to 40 minute walk.
Playa de Locos beach is 780 metres long is 30 minute walk.
Both airports Alicante or Murcia are about 35 minutes drive.
The Torrevieja Area:
Nestling between two large salt lakes and the Mediterranean, Torrevieja is ideally placed within 30/40 minutes of the airports Alicante and Murcia. Because of its location it has its own micro-climate, considered by the World Health Organisations to be one of the healthiest in the World and boasts 320 days sunshine a year.
It has a cosmopolitan flavour that can be seen in the array of shops and services and a Friday Street market. There are two marinas, and several beaches fly the prestigious blue flag.
Also located in Torrevieja is bike hire, bowling, cinema complex, sports centre, horse riding, go-carting and an aqua park.
The promenade is flaked by ice cream parlors and fine restaurants. Torrevieja has several musical festivals and an all year round cultural program
The smaller salt lake is surrounded by a protected parkland with nature trails for walking or cycling.
Aguas Nuevas is three km north of the town centre with a good bus services to all activities. Beaches, bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
Facilities
The Lounge and dinning room area has a ceiling fan, A TV. English films can be viewed by pressing language button DVD Player with surround sound will also play audio & video CD, Mp3, Cdr and Kodak picture disks. (Bring your own Music or hire DVD from local shop) A large separate Fully fitted Kitchen. A door from kitchen leads to rear patio area with clothes line and patio chairs. Downstairs Bathroom has a shower cubicle with wash basin and toilet. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and bathroom with stairs to solarium. Master Bedroom has fitted wardrobe and bedside units, ceiling fan and French window leading to balcony that overlooks pool and garden area. 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms have the two single beds in each with fitted wardrobes and bedside unit. Bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, bidet, wash basin and store cabinet. A hair drier is supplied. The 24sq mt solarium has table,Chairs,Sun loungers & Parasol.
Activities
The nearest beach to our property.
A 15 minute walk. It is a small beach in a rocky cove away from the hustle and bustle. There are restaurants, bars, bank, bus stops and plenty of parking space.
Blue Flag Beaches
Los Locos Beach A 30 minute walk. Los Locos beach is 780 metres long. It has fine sands, restaurants, parking, bus stops, information office, telephones, foot showers, first aid, lifeguards, boardwalks in the sand, access for wheelchairs, toilets.Children's games, beach sports, pedaloes, sun umbrellas & sun beds.
La Mata Beach
A 30 to 40 minute walk or use nearby bus service. 2.250 metres Long. A beach with fine sands and a long promenade. It has several hotels, restaurants, parking, bus stops, information kiosk, telephones, foot showers, first aid, and life guard posts. Boardwalks in the sand ,access for wheelchairs, toilets. Pedaloes, sun umbrellas & sun beds. Wind surfing, children’s games.

A none refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to researve your dates. The balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before your start date plus a refundable £50 damages deposit which will be returned to you within 7 days of your return home on a satisfactory clearance from my property managers. Prices include end of stay cleaning and all electricity, water. There are no hidden charges like coin meters.
