Vacation Rental Description
This apartment comes luxuriously stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. It has a King sized bed and 4 singles as well as 2 temporary beds, making a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. Ther is a cot and high chair available of needed. 
 
There is a bbq available for use on the terrace and a small lawned garden for games or sunbathing. There are chairs and sun loungers in the garden. Beyond the garden is a large shared swimming pool with a water fall. The whole complex is secure and has electronic car gates and a key operated pedestrian gate. Each apartment has video phone entry. Garden is seperately lockable to prevent wandering children. 
 
In the living room is a cupboard full of board games and books for young children, as well as adult books and a playstation. Satellite tv in the living room, with a tv/dvd player in the master bedroom, contained inside a wardrobe. There is a wall mounted stereo, linked to Sunshine FM, giving local news and info, We have provided a book with maps and leaflets from places which may be of interst. There is a bus timetable and taxi numbers included as well. 
 
There are two leather suites in the open-plan living space which also contains a brand new and well stocked kitchen, with deep fat dryer, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, so no going home with dirty washing.  
 
Bed lined and towels are provided and extras are available if needed. Please bring your own beach towels. 
 
 
There is a safety deposit box available for use during your stay. I will supply the code once booking has been paid for.

    • There are additional beds in the master bedroom, making it possible for two extra guests to stay, up to a maximium of 8. There is a bbq available for use, as well as inflatables and toys. We have equiped the apartment to make it possible for you to enjoy your holiday as a home away from home. We have treid to supply everything that you might need, making it a very relaxing break.

    • Nearby is a go-karting track for children with mini-karts for very young children. There is also a water park nearby offering rides and slides. In Torrevieja town centre there is crazy golf. Burger King is a short walk away and has an indoor children's play area. 
     
    Local shopping complex houses bars, restaurants, cafes and shops to suit every taste and budget from cheap Menu del Dia to Al a carte.
