The house is situated within a gated recentagle of town houses which all look out onto the swimming pool. It has a front garden and porch. On the ground floor is a WC, a large living/dining room and a large kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and microwave. The two good-sized bedrooms are on the the first floor. The front bedroom has a double bed and a large balcony/sun terrace overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and a cot if required. The bathroom, also on this level comprises bath with shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet. On the top floor is a large solarium with wonderful views over the swimming pool and Lake Torrevieja (the pink lake).
The main bedroom and the lounge have air conditioning/heating. There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.
Full bed linen is provided - sheets, pillowcases, bedcovers and duvets (for winter lets), as well as towels and tea towels. A cot is provided if needed.
The house is looked after all year round by an English couple who live close by. They meet guests with the keys to property and are available to all guests during their stay should they have any domestic queries. They can arrange airport transfers if required as well as a welcome pack.
The house is conveniently located for local shops and bars with three supermarkets, as well as a couple of restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes walk across the road. There are two large supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. There are some wonderful beaches all within 10 minutes drive and all carrying the Blue Flag award. The house is also ideally situated for walking, cycling or horse riding in the conservation areas surrounding Lake Mata and Lake Torrevieja.
