Vacation Rental Description

Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, this homely 2 bedroom townhouse is in the well-established Aguas Nuevas area of Torrevieja. The community is enclosed by gates to make this very safe for children. The location is peaceful but within easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The famous therapeutic salt lake is a few minutes drive away, as is the waterpark. Torrevieja town centre and beaches are a pleasant 20 mins walk or few minutes drive. This is a perfect location for golf or beach holidays, or quietly relaxing in the sun. Torrevieja is situated just 30 mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports.
Torrevieja enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, according to the World Health Organisation, is said to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. The beautiful blue-flag beaches of Torrevieja are a 30 mins walk from the house along a lovely pedestrian way (formerly the railway line), or a few mins drive. A few mins walk takes you to the shores of the largest of the famous salt lakes, good for ailments such as arthritis and eczema.
Although in a quiet area, the development is within easy walking distance of a choice of bars, restaurants, and shops. The area’s largest hypermarket (Carrefour) and newest shopping centre (Las Habaneras) is about a 15 minute walk. Torrevieja town has a bustling weekly street market. There is also a nightly market by the marina – a great place for gift shopping. Take a walk along the promenade, or sit in one of the many outside cafes, sampling the local tapas or just watching the world go by.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets are accepted(although damage will need repair or loss of deposit). A welcome pack can be pre-booked at a cost of 15 euros payable directly to the keyholder on arrival.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for long winter lets. Discounts avaiable for bookings 3 weeks and over. Changeover flexible dependent upon next arrival. Bed linen, towels and cleaning before arrival are inc. in the rental price. A charge of €50 is payable to the keyholder on arrival for cleaning after departure and for laundry service. Additional laundry services for personal items can be arranged. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival, along with a security deposit of £100 which will be returned within 3 weeks of vacating the property. We offer special rates for long term rental.
