The 1st floor apartment, situated in a quiet residentail area on the edge of Torrevieja, comprises of one double and one twin bedroom, lounge/dinning seating for five, air conditioning, fully equiped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Balcony and Private sun terrace equipped with sun loungers. The communal pool is situated directly across from the apartment. 
 
Near to the apartment are bars, restaurants, McDonalds, KFC, a ten pin bowling alley, cinema and two aqua fun parks. A new shopping complex with desiger outlets has recently opened nearby, along with a multi-national food village. 
The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk whilst the larger Carrefoure is 10 minutes. 
Take a walk or catch the regular bus into town and beaches.
