This clean and comfortable 1 bedroom Apartment has everything needed for a perfect spanish holiday. It is situated in the quiet urbanization of Los Balcones but it is still within reach of all the local amenities, beaches and golf courses. The Apartment has Air Conditioning, Satelite Television and has a balcony with table and chairs as well as a roof top solarium with sun-loungers, sun umbrella and built in B.B.Q to relax in the sunshine. The Apartment has a well equiped galley style kitchen which has a gas hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils needed. There is also a washing machine in the Apartment as well as an iron and ironing board. The bright and airy bedroom has a range of built-in wardrobes with lots of hanging space as well as chests of drawers and bedside tables. If you have young children travelling with you we also have a travel cot and a pram. The living area has a large double bed settee and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a stereo music system with compact disc as well as a portable cd system for taking up onto the roof-terrace. The television has satelite stations and there is also a DVD player. The tiled bathroom has a shower, bidet, wash-hand basin and toilet and is very clean and bright. You can also make use of the Communal Swimming Pool which is open between March and October and is very popular and well maintained with a life-guard in attendance.

    • Torrevieja although still unspoilt by much modern tourism has alot to offer for a relaxed holiday destination. It is close to a number of world class Golf Courses including the Famous La Manga Sports Complex. With 300 days of sunshine per year Torrevieja boasts one the worlds healthiest climates due to the "Salterns of Torrevieja" better known locally as the Salt Lakes. These beautiful "pink" lakes are within close walking distance of the apartment and can be seen in all its spectacular glory from the roof terrace. A number of safe, sandy beaches dot the coast. There are alot of opportunities for shopping in the modern Habernas Shopping Mall opened only last year or the many markets in the surrounding area. Eating out can be a real experience in Torrevieja. You can enjoy everything from the traditional tapas to the more exotic cuisine of Africa from Hungarian to Chinese Wok Buffet with all you can eat at less than 10€ per person.

    We a beside a Natural Reserve which runs the length of the Salt Lakes and is home to many species of wildlife and birds including flamingos. This walk is great for anyone who likes to enjoy nature and the salt climate is one of the healthiest in the world.

There is a non-refundable deposit of 50€ in case of cancellation required when booking the Apartment On arrival a Key deposit of 50€ is required which will be refunded to you subject to no damage or breakages. The payment method required will be in Euros which will be paid to our Agent who looks after the Apartment.
