This modern, well-equipped upper-floor apartment on the popular Dream Hills II urbanisation in Los Altos is available for short and long-term rentals at cost-effective rates.

Whether the purpose of your visit to the area is to have a break and enjoy the climate, visit friends / family in the area, require somewhere to stop whilst looking at properties to buy or checking progress on the progress of your own property, this apartment in Orihuela Costa just outside of Torrevieja is ideally situated.

A short drive from two main airports (Alicante and Murcia San Javier) and with flights from a wide range of UK airports operated daily by many low-cost airlines and only an approx flight time of just 2.5 hours, getting here is both low-cost and convenient (see Getting here/about page for more info).

It doesn't matter if you are after a family holiday and you need plenty going on to entertain children or an adults-only break, this excellent property combined with the 300+ days of sunshine a year, warm temperatures and its prime location in the Costa Blanca, ensures that you need look no further for a place to stay.

This beautiful upper floor apartment with stair access is based on a new, modern development with excellent mountain views. Being new you will enjoy decor and furniture that is contemporary, stylish and comfortable and have use of a full range of appliances that are in full working order, all of which we are sure will add to your stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with built-in wardrobe space provided in each room. Whilst further sleeping space can also be incorporated within the living room if required, we would recommend that a max group size of 6 be adhered to (if children included) otherwise for all-adult groups, 5 people only.

The apartment also benefits from having two bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms. The 2nd bathroom is of particular benefit if your group is on the larger size. Both have a WC & wash basin with one having a bath / shower, the other a shower unit and the convenience of two bathrooms.

The living room is served by comfortable seating, a dining table and a television with UK TV channels - whilst you may be in Spain, we appreciate that you may wish to keep up with events back in the UK. In addition, we have provided a DVD / Video player so you can either bring your favourites with you from home or choose from the selection we have provided.

The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect to find (cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine) and most of the utensils you would find in your own kitchen – though you may not intend to do much cooking whilst on holiday, it is nice to have the option if you so wish.

The apartment benefits from stylish security grills on the windows and the front door. In addition a safe is provided in which you can keep your most valuable items such as passports and money. We want you to fully enjoy your time in the apartment and that good security measures is all part and parcel of achieving this.

In addition to a balcony off the living room (this can be ideal for when you want to be outside but not in the direct sunlight) there is a large roof solarium / terrace which gives a panoramic view of the area. Whether you wish to use this area to ensure your tan, have a BBQ or simply enjoy a quiet drink in the warm evening sun, the terrace is both a valuable and versatile asset of the property.

Finally, within the apartment air conditioning units have been installed to help you cool off, something which is particularly needed during the May – September period when temperatures are at their peak.

If you are looking for a beach-based break then you will appreciate the clean, sandy beaches that the area has to offer and the wide variety of watersports available up and down the coast. If you like getting out on to the open water, then you may wish to take advantage of the wide variety of boat excursions on the Mediterranean or Mar Menor, whether you are a fisherman or just like the wind in your hair.

If you prefer to be on dry land then there is a wide range of attractions for people of all ages, including excellent water / theme parks, some of the finest golf courses in Europe, relaxing coastal walks and a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Within 5 minute walk there are two commercial centres (Via Park III and Via Park V) that are home to a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants that ideally cater for the ex-pat community and holidaymakers.

20% deposit required to confirm booking. 20% security bond (min £75, max £400) also required to cover damage / breakages. If all in order will be returned within 10 days. Quoted costs do not include being met and post-rental clean - ranges from 45 euros for 1-2 people, max of 65 euros for party of 6. Arrivals after 10.30pm / before 8am, meet/greet charge of 30 euros.

Cancellation policy will be outlined by Owners before booking confirmed.
