First floor apartment with balcony overlooking secure pool only used by 35 other apartments, a 5-minute walk to the sea and a 2 minute walk to a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars to suit every budget. There are 3 good golf courses all a short drive away. The local bus service to Torrevieja runs every hour. Only 40 minutes drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports. It is an ideal base for families or couples to explore surrounding areas winter or summer. Because of the close proximity to all amenities and public transport, a car is not essential.
Our apartment overlooks the pool which has a cordoned off childrens area. Punta Prima beach is a short stroll away without having to cross any busy roads and there are many more blue flag beaches within easy reach. You can take coastal walk to Cabo Roig (Red Cape) where there are beautiful sandy beaches, some in cove settings with many leisure activities and beach bars. Above the marina is a bar and restaurant with wonderful views across the sea to La Manga.
Very reasonable flights to Alicante and Murcia on easyjet, flymonarch and ryanair and many other low cost airlines.
Weekly rental rates include: Welcome pack (Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water), preparation of apartment, bedding, fresh linen and towels weekly, and service charges (electricity, water, etc). No charge is made for the cleaning, as long as our apartment is left clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Please provide your own towels for beach and pool use.
