This lovely complex with its moorish design is set in a gated community with no vehicles other than loading and unloading creating a safe environment for children. Ample off road car parking exists around the perimeter, the nearest within view of the apartment. The communal pool area is also gated inside the complex.
The apartments are of quad design so all have a corner position. The roof terrace catches the sun all day while the balcony is conveniently shaded from the afternoon sun and benefits from four discreetly positioned wall lights so you can continue to eat, drink and relax after the sun has gone down in the evening.
The well equipped kitched has granite work surfaces and essential appliances are provided.
Both the main and en-suite bathrooms are fully tiled and feature large wall mounted mirrors.
Air conditioning is provided in the lounge and master bedroom and these also provide heating if you are visiting during the cooler months.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside and the master bedroom has an additional chest of drawers. Both rooms have bedside tables with lamps.

The apartment has a large private roof terrace with chairs, loungers and parasol provided. Additionally there is an illuminated balcony leading off the lounge with table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee, alfresco dining or a glass of wine in the evening. There is ample parking provided around the perimeter of the gated community and the pool area is also gated.
The property is on the border between Torreviejs and the Orihuela Costa roughly midway between Murcia (20 mins) and Alicante (35 mins)airports.
Activities
Within easy walking distance of supermarkets (2 minutes),numerous bars and restaurants and beaches.
Local attractions include go-karting, a large water park and a huge Friday morning market in Torrevieja.
In nearby Torrevieja there is also ten pin bowling, cinema and a casino.
For those not hiring a car there is a twice hourly bus service into town.
