This lovely ground floor apartment has the benefit of being near the town centre, yet in a quiet residential area and , also within a five minute walk to the beautiful beach of Playa de la Cura. Recently refurbished, it is tastefully decorated in neutral colours giving it a feeling of space and brightness.
Able to comfortably sleep up to six , the apartment has three bedrooms, one double and two twins, all of a good size and all attractively furnished with the latest shades and up to date furniture. The double or master bedroom has the additional convenience of an ensuite bathroom. The spacious lounge/diner is comfortably and well furnished with modern stylish furniture, including dining room table and four chairs and flat screen TV with UK and International SAT channels. There are also a DVD player and small radio with CD player for guests added enjoyment.
Currently the lounge can seat four comfortably, however should you require extra chairs there are two more in the bedrooms for guest's use.
Air conditioning is fitted for your ultimate comfort and there are also an overhead fan in one of the twin bedrooms and two free standing fans ,should guests prefer to use these. The fully fitted and well equipped American kitchen comprises of washing machine,hob, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. The American kitchen, with it’s hatch to the dining area, enables quests to dine conveniently and comfortably. There are two bathrooms, including the ensuite, both of which are tiled floor to floor with stylish wall and floor tiles. They both benefit from wash hand basin , wc, bidet and shower. The ensuite also has a bath.
The block in which the apartment is situated is only five storey’s high and is well maintained throughout. There is a delightful small balcony with table and four chairs looking towards the attractive communal pool which makes it an ideal spot to enjoy a drink or an alfresco meal. The pool, which has a separate children’s section, is surrounded by a pretty grassed area with palm trees, flowers and various other trees, making it a relaxing, shaded area where you can sunbathe or simply pass the time of day with other guests. The pool and area is immaculately kept and is open all year round, from 10am to 3pm and then again from 5pm until 10pm.
Please note that the area around the apartment is predominantly flat and the apartment block fitted with a good long ramp for wheelchair use. Some of the doors in the apartment have been especially widened to accommodate a wheelchair making it suitable for wheelchair users, the elderly or infirm.
There are several good International, Spanish, British and Irish bar / restaurants nearby, some offering live music and karaoke, though noise is not an issue. All cuisines are catered for, and one of the best restaurants is an excellent vegetarian restaurant, recommended for even non veges! Another favourite is a quaint bar nearby offering Sunday lunch, accompanied by live music. During the evening the same bar offers other popular live entertainment.

The Friday market, one of the biggest and best known in Spain, is only within a five minute walk. The pretty night market and funfair are only a fifteen minute walk away, ideal for a warm evening stroll. As well as Playa de la Cura beach only a five minute walk away there is also Playa de los Locos, which is around a ten minute stroll in case you feel like a change of scene. Both are sandy, blue flag beaches where you can easily take a dip or paddle in the warm Mediterranean aqua blue sea, sunbathe while enjoying the view or enjoy a drink or a meal in one of the many café/bars that flank the road opposite.

Within five to ten minutes walk there is the main bus station which has buses going to various parts of Spain plus the local bus stops,with buses to the smaller town of La Mata,15mins drive away and other areas. For golfers you only need to drive around ten minutes for several championship golf courses and for water lovers the Aquapolis water park is accessible by a five minute car journey or ten minute bus ride. This popular water park is open from June to September. There are wonderful historical monuments such as the 'Modernist Casino' which dates from the begining of . There are a choice of boat trips that you can take from Torrevieja harbour. As well as the famous Friday Market the town has a good choice of shops from budget to designer. On the outskirts of the town centre there is the popular ‘Habaneras shopping centre’ and Ozone complex with it’s cinema and bowling alley and several large hypermarkets.

For winter lets, minimum 12 weeks we charge £90 per week. For winter lets, minimum 4 weeks we charge £100 per week. A refundable security deposit is required for long stays.
For other short or long stays please enquire.
To make any reservation we require a 1/3 deposit and the balance one month before trael or full payment if holiday is within six weeks of travel. There is 30euros for end of stay cleaning/laundry to be paid locally. We can arrange an airport transfer from Alicante or Murcia for 35euros each way per four passengers. If you wish to make your own way there, there is a fee of 10euros to be also paid locally for our Meet and Greet service.
