Compact ground floor apartment in two-storey block with large west-facing terrace and small private garden area in Los Locos/Rosaleda area of Torrevieja town. Easy access to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. Lock-up garage in basement. About 5 minutes walk to beach, 25 minutes walk to town centre. Local bus service runs along promenade. About 40 minutes drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports. Airport transfers can be arranged.

The coastline of Torrevieja has six Blue Flag sandy beaches, including Playa de los Locos. The town is bordered to the north by two large salt lakes, whose water and mud are reputed to be beneficial to the skin. There are facilities for watersports, beautiful walks and natural parks for hiking. There are a variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget and a famous outdoor market on Friday mornings which sells everything from food and clothing to ceramics and souvenirs. There are good public transport links to Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and other towns and villages in the area.

Main bedroom has 2 single beds, small second bedroom has bunk beds. There are electric fans and heaters. TV has British satellite channels and radio stations. Bathroom has toilet, bath and over bath shower, mirror with spotlights, shaver point and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. Please bring own beach towels.
