A brand new two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. on a new development designed for the family holiday market, with 2 swimming pools with children's areas & playground. Enter into the living / dining room with 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed, TV, SKY TV, DVD and coffee table. To the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. An arched entrance leads into a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine in external utility area. The kitchen has all the utensils required for a dinner party! Another archway in the lounge leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror. The double bedroom has a double bed, table & lamps with built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table & lamps & built in wardrobes There is also a patio with garden chairs, table and parasol for alfresco dining. Additional items include 2 Sun loungers, iron, ironing board and airier.

    • Bedding is all provided and will be changed prior to your arrival. There is also spare bedding for all bedrooms. Towels are provided. Child Cot and High chair is available through the Key holder. Request prior to arrival. 2 x Sun loungers are provided with the apartment, plus a selection of inflatables for use in the pool.

    • The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. There are 3 other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia.  
    There are multiple large shopping centres all within 10 minutes walking distance.  
    Torrejieva, 5 mins away, has plenty of sights and local attractions incl waterparks, beaches, a new promenade stretching for miles along the sea front, with many cafe's and bars. 
    For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centres of Via Park & Playa Flamenca packed with These include 'Spud Murphys' for fish and chips, Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match, The Landsdowne Irish bar & The Rose & Crown for pub food & Sunday Lunches, 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi's Indian and Puccini's Italian. About 20 min walk to the highly recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.

    100 Euro Security deposit payable to key holder on arrival. For up to 4 people 45 Euros is deducted for cleaning with 55 Euros refunded after the appt has been checked prior to departure. An additional 5 euros per person is deducted for over 4 people. An Electric meter is fitted with 10 E of electric supplied (approx 1 week). Additional tokens can be bought from key holder if req. A small welcome pack can be provided at a cost of 15E. Basic groceries & drinks. Arrival & Departures between 8am & 8pm are free of charge. Our key holder places a small 15 euro charge for arrivals & departures out of these hours. Payment details. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with full balance required 6 weeks prior to travel. Payments can be made by Pay Pal, Debit / Visa card (a payment request will be sent, cheque or bank transfer. Please ask for details. Key holder can arrange Taxi's from airports of Alicante & Murcia
