A non refundable deposit of £250.00p is required upon reservation. Balance of rental is payble 4 weeks before travel. A Security Deposit of £250.00p is payable with the Balance, which is fully refunded upon satisfactory completion of the rental period without damage to the fixtures & fittings. There is a charge of £100.00p per rental period for Villa Cleaning and Laundry Service.
