Vacation Rental Description
Situated in a peaceful traditional Spanish town of Torremendo our modern ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is in an area surrounded by lemon and orange groves. It is within easy reach of both Murcia and Alicante Airports (30 to 40 minutes drive) and are serviced by Easy Jet (the low cost airline) and 10 to 20 minutes drive to beautiful beaches. There is a reservoir within walking distance where you can fish and soak in the amazing views, which can be seen from both bedroom windows (as well as breathtaking mountain views). The town of Torremendo has all the amenities you will need, with a bakers, butchers, pharmacy, hairdressers, convenience store, banks, doctors, tobacconists, 2 cafe bars and 3 bars (one with a pool table) all within a few minutes walking distance (slight incline). Torreveija with all its night life and buzzing beaches are within a 10 minute drive as is the water park. There are also plenty of shops in Torreveija as well as a Macdonalds, Icelands, Lidl's and Carrefour (supermarket). There are many fantastic golf courses within easy reach as well as an activity centre offering horseriding, quad biking and archery a few minutes drive down the road. The apartment can sleep up to 6 adults with room for a travel cot, there is a double bed with adjustable support on either side (perfect for people with lumbar problems) with a comfortable latex mattress in the main bedroom. There are twin beds in the other bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a full sized fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is also a TV with DVD player (including a few DVD's to watch). There is a walk in shower which is extra large, excellent for people with mobility problems. The apartment is modern and comfortable, featuring a log burner, it also has air conditioning/heating throughout. All the sheets are Egyptian cotton, there are also bath towels and pool towels for your convenience (saving you room in your suitcase). There is a pool which has a separate shallow end for babies/toddlers and a main pool area, there are also 2 luxury sunbeds which are for the apartments sole use. There is also an outside dinning area that is covered so you can smoke or eat outside what ever the weather with an outside light. The apartment complex is secure and is gated, there is also a video entry system for your convenience. There are security grills and a 10 point locking door for peace of mind, when you go sight seeing etc. There is parking right outside the complex and if mobility is a problem or you have a pram then the main entrance provides easier access with only two lots of one step stairs (the other entrance has 4 steps). There is also an option to hire baby equipment, airport runs and welcome packs (food/drink)

Activities
A couple of minutes drive down the road there is an activity centre offering horseriding, archery and quad biking. Torrevieja is within a 10-15 minute drive and has a fantastic array of activities, numerous shops, night clubs, water sports, water park. There are quieter and more prettier beaches within a 20 minute drive (Guadamar, Horedada).

An addition 50 Euros is payable on arrival which includes the meet and greet with the keys and the cost of the End of Stay clean and laundry of bedding/towels, A non refundable deposit of 20% is to be paid on booking to secure your holiday and the remaining amount to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Optional Extras Midstay cleans 25 Euros At a convenient time we will take away bed linen and towels to be laundered, remake the beds with fresh linens, replace towels, mop the floors, clean the bathrooms and freshen up Welcome packs from 15 Euros to 40 Euros We can supply a range of food and drink Welcome Packs Baby Equipment hire From 5 Euros up to 25 Euros per week Airport Transfers Up to 3 people plus luggage from either Alicante or Murcia Airports - 45 Euro each way. For each additional person up to a maximum of 9, please add 10 Euro each way.
