The house is within walking distance of 2 Spanish towns, both have markets. It is also within 5 min Drive of the town of Quesada. The villa is situated on an immaculately kept community a 2 minute walk from local bars, restaurants and shops and a 5/10 minute walk from both towns where there are supermarkets banks and excellent markets etc. A 10 minute drive will take you to the fabulous blue flag beach at Guardamar. There is also a water park within walking distance and there are also at least 5 top class golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The International airports of Alicante and Murcia are around a 30 minute drive away and they are both served by popular budget airlines.
