2 Bedroom Bungalow in Rojales

Come and soak up the sun; relax, wallow in the warm Med: or, maybe a round of golf is much more to your liking! Do as much, or as little, as you wish. Terrific fun for the whole family! 
 
Whatever your preference, you'll find that Villa Godeli caters for it, in abundance. The prestigious urbanisation of Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from either, Alicante, or Murcia airports, and is served by an excellent network of roads. 
 
Villa Godeli is situated near by the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes; with Ciudad Quesada being only a 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura; and about 15 minutes to Torrevieja. It is home to La Marquesa Golf Club, and has an Aqua Park. 
 
Golf and other facilities! 
Three other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas; and La Manga (making a fourth, and is a 45 minutes drive to the South). Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive North. Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, watersports, golf, or simply relaxing. There are numerous exciting eating establishments, for the whole family. English is often spoken. 
 
And as for the shopping...Well!! There is always a street market. 
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. 
 
 
Home will be a lovely bungalow, comprising 2 bedrooms: one of which has a double bed and is air-conditioned; with 
en-suite, and hair-dryer provided: whilst the other has twin beds and a separate shower room and toilet. There is also a divan bed which can sleep a further two. A cot for an infant can be arranged. 
 
The Bungalow boasts a lounge, an American-Style Kitchen, a roof solarium with sun-loungers; front and back gardens. The obligatory pool is a lovely secluded communal one, with a separate pool for the children; where you can keep an eye on them, whilst you either swim, sunbathe, or just relax with a good book and a cool drink. It is a gated community so there is no fear of the pools being crowded. Everyone is very friendly, and most people speak some English. 
 
You are about 40 seconds away from the lovely swimming pools; and only a 5 minute walk away from the nearest restaurants, shops and a Bank! Many things are within walking distance of the bungalow!
