This is a lovely 2 bed / 1 bath house on the prestigious Dona Pepa urbanisation, with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. Ideally situated for all amenities, and has a supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars within immediate vicinity (few minutes walk). Quesada village is a 5min drive away for numerous other shops, bars, restaurants, Aqua Park, Country Club, and its own Golf Club, La Marquesa. 
 
Throughout the villa it is furnished to a very high standard in a bright contempory style and offers all the comforts of home. It is fitted with the latest inverter hot and cold air conditioning (AN ESSENTIAL IN SPAIN) aswell as ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable temperature. 
 
Lounge and Dining Area: 
Comfortable lounge/dining area. Lounge area comprises 2 + 3 seater sofa. 
Satellite TV with 30+ channels. DVD player. Coffee table. Uplighter. Large ceiling fan. 
Dining area comprises large comtempory glass topped dining table with 6 matching chairs. 
 
Double Bedroom: 
Double bedroom with patio doors leading onto full length front balcony. Fitted wardrobes and security safe for valuables. Ceiling fan. 
 
Twin Bedroom: 
1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Ceiling fan 
 
Kitchen: 
Separate fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, cafetiere, iron, ironing board, all utensils, pots and pans etc. 
 
Upstairs Bathroom: 
Family bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower. Curved glass shower screen. Toilet, bidet. Large mirrored vanity unit with lights/sockets offering plenty of storage space. 
 
Downstairs Cloakroom: 
Downstairs there is a separate WC and hand basin with overhead mirror with lights 
 
Outside: 
At the front of the villa there is a sun terrace with table and chairs and steps leading down to the patio area. At the rear of the villa there is a larger patio and utility storage housing the washing machine. Parasol, sunloungers and BBQ included. 
 
There is a parking area at the rear of the villa. 
 
WE AIM TO PLEASE AND WANT OUR GUESTS TO BE WELL CATERED FOR. 
Our housekeeper lives nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems encountered are resolved with the minimum of fuss. All our guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given. A comprehensive information folder is supplied, along with maps and tourist brochures of the surrounding areas. 
 
Transport service to both Alicante and St Javier airports can be arranged. Two 7 seater people carriers can be booked for larger groups, golfers, families and friends who may be sharing your holiday in one of our other 2 villas. 
 
Nursery equipment from a professional registered company can be hired, which will be delivered and set up at cost price prior to your arrival. All to British Safety Standards. 
The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. A safe is installed for your valuables. Beach towels are not provided. Ashtrays are provided but smoking on terrace only please. 
 
Welcome packs can be catered for and discussed on booking if required.

A safe is installed for valuables. Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Several other championship golf clubs within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park 1 hour drive north. Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, watersports, golf, touring or simply relaxing.

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	£160 per Week
				High Season Price:	£350 per Week

25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to start of the holiday. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within one week of departure. 40 euro is payable for clean and 10 euro for late arrival after 23:00. We do not operate a Sat- Sat booking policy. You may arrive and depart any day of the week. Long term rental is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape British winters! Short term (less than a week) is also available off season for property inspection trips etc. For long term rental please e-mail for rates. A £25 per week supplement is added for Christmas/New Year and Easter only.
