This is a lovely new 3 bed/ 2 bath house on the prestigious Dona Pepa urbanisation, with private gated community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars, post office and newsagents in the immediate vicinity (few minutes walk), and Quesada village is a 5 minute drive away for a greater
range of numerous shops, restaurants and bars,Pharmacy etc, including the Aqua Park, Country Club and La Marquesa Golf Club
Below is a brief description of our villa's accommodation:
Throughout the villa it is furnished to a very high standard in a bright contempory style and offers all the comforts of home. It is fitted with the latest inverter hot and cold air conditioning (AN ESSENTIAL IN SPAIN)as well as ceiling fans to help maintain a comfortable temperature.
Lounge and Dining Area:
Large lounge/dining area. Lounge area comprises 2 + 3 seater leather sofa.
Satellite TV with 30+ channels. DVD player. Glass topped coffee table. Uplighter. Large ceiling fan.
Dining area comprises large comtempory glass topped dining table with 6 matching chairs.
Main Bedroom:
1 double bedroom (with Kingsize bed) and patio doors leading onto full length front balcony. Fitted wardrobes and security safe for valuables. Ceiling fan.
Upstairs twin Bedroom:
1 twin bed upstairs with patio doors to balcony overlooking the pool area. Fitted wardrobes. Ceiling fan.
Downstairs Twin Bedroom:
Downstairs there is 1 twin bedroom, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Kitchen:
Separate fully equipped kitchen. Includes microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, cafetiere, iron, ironing board, all utensils, pots and pans etc. Rear door leads onto patio area and to the community pool and gardens.
Upstairs Family Bathroom:
Large family bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower. Curved glass shower screen. Toilet, bidet. Large marbled vanity unit with built in mirror and lights/shaving sockets. Plenty of storage space.
Downstairs WC and Shower Room:
Downstairs WC and basin with lighted mirror. Walk-in shower with fully enclosed retractable screen.
Outside Areas:
Front sun terrace with garden table and chairs, and steps leading down to large front patio.The kitchen door leads down to the rear patio and onto the community area where there is a grassed area with palm trees and the community pools (adult + toddler) surrounded by pretty gardened areas. The pool is lit at night and creates a picturesque setting. Included with the garden furniture is parasol, sun lounger's and BBQ.
On the Rear patio is the utilty room housing the washing machine.
WE AIM TO PLEASE AND WANT OUR GUESTS TO BE WELL CATERED FOR.
Our housekeeper lives nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems encountered are resolved with the minimum of fuss. All our guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given. A comprehensive information folder is supplied, along with maps and tourist brochures of the surrounding areas.
Transport service to both Alicante and Murcia airports can be arranged. Two 7 seater people carriers can be booked for larger groups, golfers, families and friends who may be sharing your holiday in one of our other 2 villas.
Nursery equipment from a professional registered company can be hired, which will be delivered and set up at cost price prior to your arrival. All to British Safety Standards.
The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. A safe is installed for your valuables. Beach towels not provided. Ashtrays are provided but smoking on terrace only please.
Welcome packs can be catered for and discussed on booking if required.
