Vacation Rental Description
Our lounge has a 3 seater and a 2 seater settee, coffee table, tv unit with satalite TV and DVD player, the room is air conditioned (as is all 3 bedrooms), The lounge has a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, Microwave, oven & hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is a washing machine in the utility room and we have an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom is en-suit, there is a kingsize bed , fitted wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps, the en-suit bathroom has a shower unit, a wc and his & hers hand wash sinks.
The large twin bedroom has two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps. The smaller twin bedroom has one single bed and a pull-out bed, a stand alone wardrobe and a bedside table and lamp.
The family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower facilities, a wc, a bidet and two hand wash sinks.
Outside at the back of the villa we have a 10m x 5m pool with 6 sun loungers ideal for relaxing if you have had a hard day at the nearby La Marquesa golf course. We also have 3 sun loungers on the roof solarium where we have a built in BBQ and for dining or a drink we have a table and 6 chairs. We have a small table and chairs out front in the patio, nice to sit and have a drink in the early evening as the sun makes it's way to the front of the villa.
If the ladies (or the men) want to be pampered then the spa at La Laguna hotel is the place to go,(6 minutes from villa by car) open to non residents, it has different special offers every month, from massages & saunas to laying in pools of warm water.
5 minutes from the villa is the town centre of Quesada with a mixture of shops, bars and resturants. Dining is varied there is asian, the banana tree, very poular, indian, chineese, italian and also popular, under the banana tree is the stake house.
About 5 minutes from the villa is La Marquesa a par 72 18 hole golf course, set in a valley surounded by the Quesada hills. There are more courses within about 20 minutes from our villa including the championship course at La Finca.
If you want sand about 10 minutes away is the stunning beach at Guardamar it shelves gently into the sea, and no rocks to climb over, plenty of beachside resturants.
Torrevieja is about 20 minutes drive away, a lively town has it's own harbour, a large beach and the ladies will find the shops great for shopping, but this town is famous for its salt, and the healing salt lakes.
Back in Quesada, during June, July and August the Aqua park is open, plenty of slides, a large pool and a special part for young children.
Villa Sunrise is in an area which has an average 320 days of sun each year and is reputed to be the healthiest area in europe.
NEW from November If you do not want to drive, no problem, our new key holders can pick you up from the airport(30 euros each way for up to four people less than half taxi prices). You want to go shopping? No problem they will take you, you want to go to Guardamar? again no problem, they will take you whereever you would like, at less than the taxi prices

Costa Blanca is renowed for it's sunny beaches and lazy afternoons and delicious cusine.
Ciudad Quesada town has shops, bars, restaurants it's own golf course and waterpark.
The large butling town of Torrevieja is just 15 minutes drive away with hundreds of bars and restaurants, a lovely seaside promanade, with night time market. Torrevieja saltlakes has an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife in an area reputed to be the second healthiest place in the world.
Guardamar is only 10 minutes drive away, with it's beach gently shelving into the sea.
