The spacious and very comfortably furnished house comprises of 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with a large lounge including formal dining area.  
 
Ceiling fans throughout ,with additional air conditioning combat summer heat, while central heating keeps winter chills at bay. SAT TV provides current news, sports and movies. 
 
Sunbathe beside the expansive crystal blue pool or laze beneath the shady gazebo in front of the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area where you can chill with an ice cold beer or two!!  
 
With close proximity to numerous championship golf courses, this quality accommodation, combined with the help and expertise of our friendly staff makes for an enjoyable trouble free holiday or short break.

    • The urbanization Ciudad Quesada is located on south facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja. Amongst the many facilities are an Aqua Park, Golf Course and Social Club with restaurant, live entertainment, bowls and swimming facilities. There are numerous Bars, Restaurants, Shops including newsagents, supermarkets a tobacconist, hairdressers, banks’ with exchange facilities and medical centre. Ciudad Quesada really is a secluded paradise, yet close enough to three towns, Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales, to cater for all types of holiday. You are only a short car ride away from some typically Spanish towns including Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura, Elche, with one of Europe’s largest palm forests, Santa Pola, famous for its seafood, Alicante, an exciting Spanish city and Benidorm, which is only one hours drive away

    A 25% deposit ( non-refundable ) secures the reservation & the balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Off peak,minimum stay 4 days--- longer stay offers available on request. We can assist with airport transfers, hire cars, groceries, baby equipment, golf hire & tee times, please don’t hesitate to ask. Our minmum rates reflect costings for groups of up to 8 person in off peak times ( 200 euros per head ) and up to 10 persons ( 235 euros per head ) during peak season. There are no charges for children 2 years & under. All prices quoted are inclusive. Golf groups welcome-------up to 12 persons---special package, includes breakfast, transport to & from golf courses & airport transfers. Extra discounts for all tee times. Credit-card payments accepted via Pay Pal with oncosts added to the final balance. Flexible booking dates.
