Supermarket, Bars and restaurants and Aqua Park are within walking distance. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca championship golf course is a 5 minute drive. La Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.
Accommodation
The lounge has 2 leather sofas, gas heater, TV showing BB1,2,3,4, ITV 1,2,3,4 Channel 4 ,5 Film, Sport, Music and kids channels, DVD, and stereo with CD player . The Kitchen area has ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils, iron and ironing board and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and both with double wardrobes , and bedside tables with lamps, and hair dryer. The fully tiled shower room has heater,toilet,vanity unit with wash handbasin, and walk in shower. The villa is ideal for a long let as well as a holiday stay.
Facilities
Garden to the front and very large solarium enabling you to sunbathe and dine el fresco.. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pools are located beside the property. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including pool. Snooker, bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly.
La Marquesa golf course is 3 minutes drive away. Only 15 minutes drive away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja. They have National Park status and are famous for their pink Flamingos and wildlife. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

The property is situated approx 25 minutes drive south from Alicante airport and 30 minutes drive north from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway.
