Vacation Rental Description
Casa Blanca is a recently built new villa (2002) situated on the exclusive development of Quesada, close to the village of Rojales, only a 30 minutes drive south of Alicante airport, and near to the well known town of Torrevieja. The front terrace is in full sun throughout the morning and is ideally placed for enjoying breakfast and lunch outdoors. Patio furniture is supplied. Tastefully decorated throughout, the villa comprises of, a living dining area of comfortable proportions. One of the two sofas converts to a double bed giving the facility to sleep six. The table extends to allow for six to dine in comfort. The sideboard/display cabinet houses the satellite television, hi-fi, video and DVD players. A breakfast bar and archway leads to the compact kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/spit roaster, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender coffee percolator and juicer. NEW FOR 2007: WATER PURIFIER; SO NO NEED TO BUY BOTTLED WATER ANY MORE!
The main bedroom provides the facility of either a double bed, or two single beds, making the villa suitable for same sex golfing or similar parties. The en suite shower room contains a w.c, vanity unit, sink and bidet as well as a large walk in shower. Spacious wardrobes, concealed shelving and ample hanging space complete the facilities. Bedroom two provides two single beds again with ample wardrobe space. The main bathroom contains a four piece suite, comprising of a bath/shower w.c, vanity unit, sink and bidet. Ceiling fans are fitted in each of the bed rooms, as well as in the living room. Heaters and extra blankets are also supplied to provide all year round comfort. Air conditioning has been installed for use in the living room.
Downstairs and to the rear of the villa is a sun terrace with an attractive courtyard and garden that catches the full sun during the afternoon, and from which the pool is only a few steps away. There is a purpose built storage room ideal for suitcases, golfclubs or watersports equipment. The separate utility room contains the washing machine and laundry equipment.
The solarium is in full sun all day and is equipped with a superb purpose built B.B.Q, patio furniture and sun beds. Finally the long driveway provides off road parking for two or three cars. A burglar alarm and lockable gates provide for your security.

Activities
Quesada has its own 18 hole golf course which is stunningly set in a deep valley. It also has its own Aqua Park, Crazy Golf, and a Go-Kart track under construction.There are numerous other amenities within the local area providing something of interest for everyone.
Each of the local villages holds a weekly market where practically anything can be bought for a very reasonable price. The coast line provides miles of beautiful beaches of pure white sand. At Guadamar, only 10 minutes drive away, the beach just seems to go on for ever. For the keen golfer the area is a aradise ,with a choice of 4 famous golf courses within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Other sports facillities include most types of water sports , pony trekking, tennis, Go-karting and ten pin bowling. Benidorm is only a 90 minute drive away, where Terra Mittica (theme park}, Mundemar (dolphins show,etc) and Aqualandia (water park) are yet more attractions which are easily accessible.

ALL SEASONS PLEASE ADD £60-00 TO THE FINAL WEEKLY CHARGE TO COVER LAUNDRY & CLEANING COSTS FOR UP TO 4 PERSONS STAYING. AN ADDITIONAL £25-00 PER WEEK MUST BE ADDED IF SLEEPING 5 OR 6 PERSONS, TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL LAUNDRY & CLEANING COSTS. If you are staying for more than one week and require additional laundry & cleaning, this can be arranged with our managers. CHANGE OVER DAY CAN BE OTHER THAN A FRIDAY PROVIDED THAT IT DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH AN EXISTING BOOKING. PLEASE CALL FOR CONFIRMATION. A 30% deposit is required with booking, bal to be paid 8 weeks before departure. We also ask for a bond to be lodged with us in the form of a personal cheque to the value of £150-00. This will be returned to you at the end of the let uncashed, subject to a satisfactory inspection by our agents and the return of the villa keys to them. This is normal letting practice.
