The prestigious urbanisation of Albamar, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive north. Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, water sports, golf, or simply relaxing.

20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 1 week of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item, e.g. Crockery/glasses. Long term rental is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape British winters! Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc. A welcome pack is available on request. Nursery hire is available, this can be pre booked and awaiting your arrival # For long term rental please e-mail for rates. A £25 per week supplement is added for Christmas/New year and Easter.
