Vacation Rental Description
The property is situated on the beautiful Spanish Costa Blanca in the city of Quesada. It has a private pool, which has a lovely sun terrace surrounding it. Additionally, there is access to a communal pool only 30 metres from the property, which proves very popular with younger members of the family.
The villa consists of two bedrooms, and will comfortably hold a family of four or five people. The bedrooms are fitted with one double bed and two single beds, and a fold away bed is available for the fifth resident should it be needed.
It is comfortably furnished, with a beautifully fitted American style kitchen, with all of the modern facilities which are expected in a property of this standard.
The lounge is fitted with a TV with freeview satellite access and comfortable furnishings, allowing for relaxation after a hard days enjoyment.
The property is conveniently situated for access via Alicante Airport (40 minutes drive away) or Murcia Airport (30 minutes drive away).

Guardamar del Seguar epitomises a typical Spanish seaside resort. Amongst its many attractions is a superb beach side with miles of clean golden sand and some very nice restaurants, as well as some cool, typical Spanish bars.
On Wednesday the town transforms into a mad, whirlwind of activity with the market (not to be missed) as characters from days gone by appear all willing to barter for the most simple of items on their stalls. To spend a normal day in Guardmar is like spending a day in rush free heaven.
Torrevieja is definitely a growing sunshine resort on the Costa Blanca. With 300 plus blue sky and blue sea days every year, one can understand why tourists from Barcelona and Madrid, as well as many european cities make this their summer vacation destination. Over the years Torrevieja has grown from a sleepy fishing town to an international tourist resort with it's expanding Marina and more recently the makeover of the promenade to encompass a safe, sea water swimming pool, as well as restaurants and bars for wining and dining from lunchtime tapas and snacks to full table d'hote and al a carte menus in the warm balmy evenings.
Facilities
In the courtyard is a fitted canopy to give added protection for those people wanting some time out of the sun. You can sunbathe on the solarium and it gets very hot in the July and August months for those who want the perfect tan, but use lots of sun cream for protection. The villa is is well furnished with many extras to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. It has two different television programme providers so you will not miss your favourite programmes. The villa has spacious room to sun bathe next to the pool with ample sun loungers, and the pool has lights for those who want to take advantage of that midnight 'dip'. Bathers are expected to shower and remove all suntan products prior to bathing. The community pool is only 30 metres away which proves very popular with younger members of the family, and again there are ample sun beds with large umbrellas for shade.
Activities
There is plenty to see and explore in this region, which boasts many fine examples of Roman and Modern architecture.
There are a number of markets in and around Quesada which have a variety of food, goods and cater for most things that you would use whilst you are on holiday.
Sporting facilities - Apart from the obvious attraction of the La Marquesa Golf Course there are many other sporting facilities to be enjoyed in this area. Ciudad Quesada itself has its own Aqua Park, with slides and pools, offering fun for all the family. For the more adventurous, the larger Aqua Parks at Torrevieja and Benidorm are within easy reach. There are tennis courts on site and bicycles for hire from one of the local shops. This is a popular area for windsurfing and enthusiasts usually travel to the Mar Menor. Coat yourself in the mud from the shores, which they say improves rheumatism and arthritis!
