Vacation Rental Description

Situated in Rojales is our beautiful brand new (June 2004) 2 bedroomed townhouse, just a 30 minutes drive from Alicante and Murcia Airports. On the ground floor is the fully air-conditioned lounge, fully fitted kitchen and a WC. There is also a covered patio area to the front of the property. On the first floor is the fully air-conditioned master bedroom, with fully fitted furniture and double bed. Patio doors lead onto the sun balcony. A second twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a luxury bathroom with a large corner bath. It sleeps 4 people very comfortably, but will sleep up to 6, using the sofa bed in the lounge. A lovely shared swimming pool and sun deck complete the facilities (although the pool is shared it rarely gets very busy, and often you will find yourselves being the only ones using it!). Although a car isn't essential, it really does add to your enjoyment of the area and can cost from as little as £70 per week in low season.
Situated just 40km south of Alicante, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Local beaches are wonderful, the local beach at Guardamar Del Segura is just 5 minutes drive away. The local village of Quasada has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your holiday, restaurants, bars, shops etc. There is also a small water park for you to enjoy. A little further a field is Torrevieja (15 minutes by car), with its marina, shopping centres, street markets (held every night in the summer months), restaurants and bars. Adjacent to the steet market is a small fun fair for children young and old to enjoy. The area is well served by several golf courses. If you want a little more adventure there are several water parks and the Terra Mitica theme park is an hour away in Benidorm. Alicante, Benidorm and Cartegena are all within easy driving distance to further your holiday enjoyment.

20% deposit to be paid upon booking and the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In case of any damage or breakages a £100 security deposit is to be paid with the final balance and refundable within 2 weeks after your stay / following satisfactory inspection. • If cancellation is 8 weeks or more before departure - forfeit of deposit • If cancellation is within 8 weeks of departure or if the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment - 100% of total cost Method of payment:- Cheque made payable to D.Crossley Note:Visitors are to be met at the property / urbanisation with the keys and shown around the facility. 35 euros per party to be paid to the key holder for this meet and greet service. 65 euros per party is to be paid to the key holder upon arrival for prior cleaning of the property and laundry service at departure.
