Vacation Rental Description

The house offers a well equipped and comfortable stay at affordable prics, it has excellent views from the solarium of Torrevieja and of the beautifull nature gardens and surrounding areas. There are supermakets and Resturants of all nationality within 5 minutes walk of the house, Quesada town is about 20 minutes walk. Quesada also has it's own water park and many excellent golf courses. There are several lovely beaches within easy reach of the house. The weather and Climate in Quesada is excellent and on average enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine each year, The world Health Organisation describes the climate of Costa Blanca South as one of the best in the world. The house is 30/40 minutes from Alicante airport.

Any damage breakages will be deducted from security deposit CANCELLATION PENALTY: If the client cancels the reservation by any method having already sent the deposit the following penalties are incurred. ·Greater than 8 weeks before start date …. Return of 50% deposit, providing the accommodation can be re-let ·8 weeks or less before start date…………..No return of deposit. ·Reimbursement will be made by cheques and sent by mail. ·There will be no refund once rental has commenced, unless the accommodation can be re-let. This is at the entire discretion of the accommodation owners. The rental period is defined as 8 weeks before departure. Payments can be made by cheque or on line payments.
