Description
Ground floor apartment, with balcony and patio on a complex with a large pool . Sleeps up to 4 people. Situated in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and dining area, and American style kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for your comfort . There is a South facing balcony with patio table & chairs where you can sit and relax in the sun. Supermarket, Bars and restaurants are within walking distance,and there is an Aqua Park on Quesada. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca championship golf course is a 5 minute drive. La Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.

Accommodation
The lounge has 3 seater sofa and chair, coffee table, stereo, Satelite TV showing BBC1,2,3,4, ITV 1,2,3,4, Channel 4 & 5, Film channels, Kids & Disney Channel, Music Channels, and Sports channels showing Premiership football matches . The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4. The Kitchen area is spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, washing machine, full oven & hob, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board and breakfast bar. There are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and both with double wardrobes , and bedside tables with lamps, and hair dryer. The fully tiled bathroom has toilet, wash handbasin and bath with shower over.

Facilities
South facing balcony with patio table and chairs enabling you to eat and or relax outside. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pool is located to the front of the property. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, tennis, snooker, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly.
La Marquesa golf course is 5 minutes drive away. La Finca Golf course is 10 minutes drive. Only 15 minutes drive away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja.They have National Park status and are famous for their pink Flamingos and wildlife.

Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we request that smoking is limited to the outside.
The property is situated approx 25 minutes from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
