Lovely 1st floor apartment in Quesada Costa Blanca, Spain with solarium and garden, sleeps up to 4, with balcony on a complex with a large pool and separate childrens pool set in landscaped gardens. Situated in a quiet area ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising 2 double bedrooms, large bathroom, lounge and dining area, and American style kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and the bedrooms for your comfort and also a heater in the bedroom and a mobile radiator. There is a balcony with patio table & chairs where you can sit and take in the uninterrupted views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea and mountains beyond. There is a garden with direct access to the pool and also a rooftop solarium ideal for sunbathing. Supermarket, bars and restaurants and the Aqua Park are within walking distance.There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches at Guardamar. 15 minutes to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and every kind of restaurant. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away. Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca golf course is 5 minutes drive. Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.

Accommodation
The lounge has 2 leather chairs and a leather sofa, satelite TV showing English channels, BBC 1, ITV , C4, Movies and Sky Sports, kids channels ect and Spanish channels,DVD,video player stereo with CD player and a selection of cds, The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4 .The Kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils, washing machine,iron and ironing board. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed and en suite and one with a double sofa bed with double wardrobes with mirror sliding doors , and bedside tables with lamps and clock . The large fully tiled bathroom has toilet, wash handbasin in vanity unit and bath with shower over.
Spacious balcony at the front with patio table and chairs enabling you to eat and or relax outside whilst enjoying the views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea beyond. There is also a rooftop solarium. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pools are located behind the property. There is a large pool and a safe childrens pool. The pools are surrounded by landscaped gardens, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, gym, tennis, bicycle hire, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the area. La Marquesa golf course is 3 minutes away. Only 15 minutes away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
Children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted.
