Description Lovely 1st floor air conditioned apartment with roof top solarium, garden ,and balcony on a complex with a large pool and separate childrens pool set in landscaped gardens. Situated in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped accommodation comprising of 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed,, wardrobes, en suite, bedside tables with lamps air con and hair dryer and one with double bed,air con and double wardrobes , with mirror sliding doors, and American style kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for your comfort, a portable radiator and a wall heater in the main bedroom for the cooler winter months. There is a balcony with patio table & chairs where you can sit and take in the uninterrupted views of La Marquesa Golf course and the mountains and sea beyond. There is a garden with sun loungers, and has direct access to the pool and there is also a private, unoverlooked rooftop solarium where you can sunbathe.
Supermarket, Bars and restaurants and Aqua Park are within walking distance. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca championship golf course is a 5 minute drive. La Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.
Accommodation
The lounge has chairs and coffee table , satelite TV showing English channels, BBC , ITV ,2, Channel 4 & 5, Movie channels ,kids channels , Sky News and lots more, DVD, and video The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4 .The Kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed , wardrobes, air con,and en-suite and one with double bed and double wardrobes with mirror sliding doors, air con and bedside tables with lamps, and hair dryer. The large fully tiled bathroom, has toilet, vanity unit with hand basin and bath with shower over. The apartment is ideal for a long let as well as a holiday stay.
Facilities
Spacious balcony at the front with patio table and chairs enabling you to eat and or relax outside whilst enjoying the views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea beyond. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pools are located behind the property. There is a large pool and a safe childrens pool. The pools are surrounded by landscaped gardens ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly.
Air con is optional. 20 euros per week charge if required

Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we request that smoking is limited to the outside.
The property is situated approx 25 minutes drive south from Alicante airport and 30 minutes drive north from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway.
Car Hire is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
