Description Luxury 1st floor apartment with roof top solarium, garden ,and balcony on a complex with a large pool and separate childrens pool set in landscaped gardens. Situated in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped luxury accommodation comprising 2 double bedrooms, large bathroom, lounge and dining area, and American style kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for your comfort There is a balcony with patio table & chairs where you can sit and take in the uninterrupted views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea beyond. There is a garden with patio table and chairs with direct access to the pool and there is also a private rooftop solarium where you can sunbathe.
Supermarket, Bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and the Aqua Park is also within walking distance. There are numerous banks, shops, restaurants & bars in Quesada main centre which is just a 3 minute drive away. It is 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at Guardamar and 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja with its marbled promenades, marina, street markets, funfair, aqua parks and all kinds of restaurants. Benidorm with all its attractions is a 1 hour drive away. Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is 20 minutes drive away and La Finca championship golf course is a 5 minute drive. La Marquesa Golf course is 3 minutes away.
Accommodation
The lounge has 2 leather sofas, Satelite TV showing BBC 1,2,3,4 & ITV 1,2,3,4,channels 4 & 5 ,Films channels, kids & Disney channel,Sc-Fi, Sky News & Sports channels showing premier football matches, and music channels.There is a DVD and a selection of DVD's, and stereo with CD player and a selection of cds,. The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 4 .The Kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space and includes fridge-freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample cooking/dining utensils iron and ironing board. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with 2 single beds and both with double wardrobes with mirror sliding doors , and bedside tables with lamps, safe, and hair dryers. The large fully tiled bathroom has toilet, 2 wash handbasins and bath with fully enclosed shower over and also houses the washing machine.. There are heaters in all rooms for the cooler winter months.
Facilities
Spacious balcony at the front with patio table and chairs enabling you to eat and or relax outside whilst enjoying the views of La Marquesa Golf course and the sea beyond. The property is in a very peaceful location. The private gated swimming pools are located behind the property. There is a large pool and a safe childrens pool. The pools are surrounded by landscaped gardens ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There are good sports facilities in Quesada including bowling, tennis, bicycle hire, gym, an aqua park and golf. There is also a Medical Centre and chemists. The aqua park is suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. There are markets in Rojales, Torrevieja, La Mata and Guardamar weekly.
La Marquesa golf course is 3 minutes drive away. Only 15 minutes drive away are the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
They have National Park status and are famous for their pink Flamingos and wildlife. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

The property is situated approx 25 minutes from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia, easily accessible from N332 or the AP7 motorway. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
