Amistad is situated on a very friendly complex with a lovely pool and garden area behind the house. The property has three terrace's which means you can always find a sunny or shady place to sit and relax. The house can be used by families or groups of singles as the bed rooms can be converted to 4 single beds with two additional bed spaces on the lounge sofa bed. The spacous lounge diner area has quality furniture and a TV DVD unit to keep the kiddies happy whilst getting ready for a day at the beach or trip to your favorite restaurant.
Amistad has a large roof solarium which has a built-in BBQ for those special evenings sampling the local fish, meats and wines whilst enjoying the veiws of the Mediterranean.

The house has a downstairs toilet and full size washbasin and there is a luxury fully fitted bathroom upstairs

All three terrace have their own sets of terrace furniture and the solarium has a large parasol to help keep the beer and sangria cool.
There are two folding sunbeds, two beach chairs as well as umbrellas which can be used used either round the pool or at the beach
The property has its own secure underground car park area, however there is always plenty of parking directly outside the property.
The complex has basket ball courts and football pitches for the kids and energetic adults.

There is a very good water theme park in Torrevieja which is about 10 mins drive away.
The nature reserve at La mata gives a lovely walk through vineyards with veiwes over the salt lake. Wadeing birds and Flamingoes can be seen almost all year round.
There is a spa and health treatment centre at Los Banos which is about 40 mins drive to the north if you want a specially relaxing day with mineral enriched waters to swim in and a selection of skin and health treatments.

The range of shops and restaurants within walking distance is exceptional however the shops and other services in Torreveija give unlimited choice and are on 10 mins away in the car.

There are 3 internationally know golf course with 10 mins of the house. Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Compornamor

Full payment 8 weeks before arrival
deposit kept if cancelled after dates secured full price retained if cancelled less than 4 weeks to arrival.
Cheques and postal orders accepted only.
Cleaning fee of 60 euros to be paid to keyholder on arrival.
