Ground Floor Apertment,new build 2007. Complex has 3 communal pools for residents & guests only. One is just 3ft deep & has steps the full width ideal for children adults alike. Idea situated within walking distance of beaches, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Spanish & an excellent English carvary.The apartment has iving/dining area,extendable table with six chairs. 32" TV with 70 English speaking channels, BBC ITV ect. Supplied from Torresat, DVD player, Sony midi system CD/MP3 compatable, input socket for Ipod. Sofa bed &two directors chairs ect. The kitchen is fully eqquipped & fitted with all essentials-ceramic hob/over, microwave,fridge/freezer, dishwasher,cofee maker, kettle, toster, washer/dryer, iron/inoning board.Apartment is air conditioned with hot or cold and bathrooms have underfloor heating. Master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes & ensuite with double sinks, bath & shower over. bedroom 2 has 2 single beds fitted wardrobes and bathroom with shower, basin & WC

    • There are three communal pools surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, with water features & decking for sun bathing. As eveing draws in the pools are illuminated & lanterns are attractively placed around the complex. Our terrace which looks onto two of the three pools is complete with table & chairs for your relaxation. The nearest beach is only 200m away close to the Nautilus Bar & Reataurant. Punta Prima beach is less than 5mins walk. In fact there are a number of beaches within a short drve away. Torreveja can be reached by walking along the beach (approx 1 hour) and also still in Torrevieja there are a number of beautiful beaches here. A Local bus goes to Torrevieja frequently & costs around 1 euro, bus stop is at the top of the road. A short distance takes you to golf courses at Villamartin, Vampoamor & Las Rambles. Several other curses can be reached within approximately 30 mins drive, La Manga course is only 45 mins drive

    Within a short walking distance you will find reataurants,shops,supermarkets,internet cafes,banks & Go Karting.A short drive will take you to La Flamence,La Zenia & Cabo Roig all have lovely beaches,shopping,bars & reataurants. On Saturday morning there is a large market at La Flamenca. Also in the opposite direction you could drive or take a bus to Torrevieja with its lined Promenade & Beaches. Along the promenade there are numerous bars & reataurants & adjacent lots of stalls for shopping. There is a market on Friday mornings is said to be the biggest market in Europe. Nearby is a commercial centre called Habineres where you can shop t you drop. Also towards San Javier is the shopping centre Dos Mares which is equally as Large. A must to see is Mar Menor taking approx 30 mins.Places to visit include Murcia or Catagen at around 45mins. On the outskirs of Torrevieja there is an Aqua Park & Bowling Alley.The Park of Nations worth seeing.

    All Prices incude cleaning,laundry,meet&greet&key hand over for up to 4 people.There will be a £10 per person surcharge above 4 people for extra cleaning & laundry per stay. Prices enclude bed line & towels (not beach towels)& a full cean after your departure. At time of booking a non-refundable 25% deposit is required, balance to be paid six weeks prior to travel,£100 refundable deposit against damages/breakages is required wth the balance. Credit Card payment taken via Pay/pal. If you are propared to pay the 3.4% surcharge.The euro equivalent for payments will be accepted in our Spanish Bank. Terms & Conditions All equipment has been checked and left working before rental. The owner cannot be held responsible for breakdown of any equipment althouhg any necessary repairs will be carried out as quicly as possible.
