Vacation Rental Description
Positioned on a quiet corner this end of terrace ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished with good sized bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, one with an en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a spacious family bathroom equipped with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. The property is now fully air conditioned. There is a lovely terrace at the front of the property with ample space for outdoor dining. The garden and terrace benefit from a sunny aspect enjoying sun right through to the evening and provide a distant sea view. At the back of the property is a partially covered utility/courtyard equipped with a washing machine and providing ample space for the drying of clothes.
Situated no more than 50m away from the front gate is the large communal garden area and two large swimming pools provided free and exclusively for the use of guests of the community block in which the apartment is situated.
There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A further 5 minutes walk brings you to the main N332 coast road, a shopping centre, numerous other shops and supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants, the Italian, Puccini’s, is particularly well recommended. The nearest beach at Punta Prima is a further 5 minutes walk and there are numerous lovely beaches within a short drive including Playa Flamenca, Zenia and Cabo Roig.

Activities
Torrevieja is the nearest town, 10 minutes away by car, a lively seaside resort with miles of sea front promenade including a large harbour/marina, small and large beaches , rock pools, shops, pubs restaurants and street markets. Torrevieja also boasts a large water park situated just off the N332, 10 minutes from the apartment.
The N332 and nearby AP7 motorway provide easy access to numerous exciting and picturesque places to visit including Alicante, Elx, Murcia, Cartegena and Calblanque, all within an hour’s drive.
Golfers are very well catered for with great courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor within 20 minutes drive and and loads more in well under an hour. Even the great La Manga Golf Club is only 1 hour away. (Use www.costablancagolf.co.uk to find details of courses.)

Our apartment has a quiet end of terrace position with a large sunny patio. 50m away is the large communal garden with its two swimming pools. The community is no more than a gentle 10 minute stroll to the main N332 coast road near Punta Prima. Payment can be made in Euros or Sterling direct to the owners, ideally by bank transfer or alternatively by cheque. A deposit of £100 or €100 is requested to secure the booking, the balance to be paid 2 weeks before departure. The keyholder will meet you on arrival. A key/damage deposit of €125 is payable locally. A cleaning fee of €45 will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay and subject to inspection the balance will be returned to you before you leave. A welcome pack is available for an additional €15. An airport pick-up service can also be provided at an additional cost of €45 each way from Alicante and €40 each way from Murcia. Discounts are negotiable for lettings of a month or more.

Lovely quiet location
Have now rented our apartment for 3 years and each more successful than the last. The Cinuelica Residencial was completed just before the major downturn in construction activity in Spain and is lovely. It consists of a number of communities each with their own shared pools. The area is far enough away from the main coast road that you cannot see or hear it but close enough to walk to it (5-7 mins). Indeed all the roads round 'R15', our community, are very quiet.
The main coast road near Punta Prima boasts considerable numbers of supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. Included in these is a very good Italian called Puccinis where the staff are lovely.
For those with a car this area makes a great base for exploring Both Alicante and Murcia regions with great places such as Alicante, Elx, Murcia, La Manga, Calabranque, Cartegena all within easy reach.
