Entry phone video system leads into excellent, fully maintained gardens with choice of three communal pools, one of which is heated. Our second floor apartment is light and spacious with open-plan lounge/dining area with plenty of comfy seating and TV with satellite connection, dining table and six chairs. Large sliding doors lead out to the large east facing balcony, with table and chairs, and with views over two of the swimming pools and the pitch and putt. 
 
The American style kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. 
 
There are two good sized bedrooms, one double with plenty of built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom, with a 'sea glimpse' from the bedroom window. The second bedroom has two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and access to the balcony via patio doors. The family bathroom provides bath with shower over. 
 
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with quality appliances and furniture to help you get the most out of your visit. 
 
The apartment also benefits from air conditioning/heating throughout, and lifts/stairs to all floors. 
 
Located a couple of minutes walk from Punta Prima beach, and with all amenities including bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep. 
 
Satellite TV is installed providing over 30 channels of English speaking TV including the normal channels from home plus movies, cartoon, and sports channels, amongst others. 
 
La Entrada has security controlled gates with entry phone video system. Security guards offer 24 hour security patrols and CCTV cameras are also provided at the resort. 
 
The apartment is located within impressive grounds incorporating beautiful landscaped gardens and three swimming pools, with plenty of space for sun bathing. 
 
A leisurely 7 minute walk takes you to the beach in one direction, and bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the other. A 10 minute drive takes you to many other safe, sandy beaches or the beautiful town of Torrevieja which, whilst catering for the tourist, still retains much of its Spanish charm. A regular bus service is available all year round. Within a short drive of the apartment you will find several large commercial centres offering shops, and bars and restaurants offering food and live music catering for every taste. 
 
For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 10 minutes by car, and within a further 15-20 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive. 
 
The apartment is a 20 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.

Weekly prices do not include linen and cleaning charge. An additional 60€ is payable for your departure clean. We can also provide a mid-week cleaning service, at additional cost, if required. For the comfort of future guests, smoking outside only please. Booking deposit 25%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200. Please bring own beach towels. A welcome pack containing 15 items can be arranged for your arrival at a cost of 28€. Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.
