Every Saturday there is an excellent street market in nearby Playa Flamenca. 
 
In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofabed, dining table and chairs, wall unit with satellite tv including english channels. DVD player with good selection of films to suit all tastes including children's feel free to bring your own DVDs and CDs for the CD player. The double bedroom has its own en-suite complete with shower, WC and washbasin. It also has built in wardrobe with safe, chest of drawers plus 2 bedside chests with lamps. The single bedroom has ample storage with its own built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside chest with lamp. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. Aswell as security grills and shutters there is a full alarm system. Air conditioning is installed and available through meter payment. 
 
The apartment offers 3 outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining, they are the roof top solarium, balcony and lower terrace. There are 2 patio tables with chairs, wooden bench set, 4 sun loungers, 4 relaxers, 3 beach chairs, 2 parasols and a full set of outdoor picnic ware including crockery.
