Our three bedroom house is located in the popular area of Playa Flamenca/Punta Prima in the coastal area of Costa Blanca and near to Torrevieja. There are excellent facilities nearby including beach, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and internet cafe.  
 
The property is well furnished and includes a front Winter garden with sofa and dining facilities overlooking the pool.  
 
Comfortable Lounge with dining facilities and satellite T.V./Radio. Kitchen/Utility room: Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave/grill, washing machine and fridge freezer. All kitchen equipment is provided. 
 
A Double Bedroom on the first floor with French doors opening onto roof terrace and large south facing solarium with sun loungers, patio furniture and chairs. 
 
Twin Bedroom with single bed and additional pull out bed on ground floor. 
 
Twin Bedroom on ground floor with twin beds. 
 
Family Bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet and WC. located on ground floor.  
 
Linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. Hairdryer supplied.  
 
No extra charge for cleaning - this is included in the price.  
 
PICK UP FROM ALICANTE AND MURCIA AIRPORTS AVAILABLE

    Price is based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Midweek bookings may be available, subject to a small additional charge and depending on the time of year. Hot and Cold Air conditioning is by credit meter and this is payable when you pay the balance of your holiday. From the time you make your booking the property is reserved for you. The Booking Deposit, £100 per week, secures the booking is non refundable. The full amount of your holiday is due 12 weeks priot to the date of your holiday. No refund wil be payable if you cancel your holiday 12 weeks prior to your departure date, apart from the £100 Key deposit and any air conditioning payment you have made. Payment can be made by Bank transfer(£GBP or Euro)or cheque.
