A very spacious five bedroom/three bathroom house with front & rear patios, BBQ and 2 communal pools in Playa Flamenca, close to beaches and golf courses. The lounge/diner has settee's, satellite TV and dining table & ten chairs. Second lounge has a sofa's. Bedroom One, 1 double bed. Bedroom Two, 3 singles. Bedroom Three, 1 double & 1 single. Bedroom Four & Five, 2 singles in each. A travel cot is also available. Fully fitted kitchen is complete with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Playa Flamenca is situated about 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 20 Minutes from Murcia Airport. Ideally suited to families, Golfers and people who want to relax. The house is located within 10-15 minutes walking distance of beaches, banks, supermarkets and 50 plus bars and restaurants. Please note the property is located within a primarily residential area, if you require a Magaluf type resort this is not for you. Airport transfers available on request.

This property is also idealy suited for a small Golf Society (up to 12),as there are three golf courses within 10 minutes of the property, with at least 12 others within 30 minutes driving distace, also a Go Cart track locally, Scuba Diving & Quad Biking Safari's can be arranged. In Torrevieja (10 mins away) there is a Water Park, open summer only.
There is a local Spanish Market every Saturday in Playa Flamenca, with others in the area almost every day of the week. There are many shops in Torrevieja to suit all tastes. there are very many Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Supermarkets and Banks within a short walk of the property. Whilst a car will enable you to explore further afield, it is not a necessity.

A £150.00 holding deposit per week is required to secure your holiday, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £200.00 Security deposit is payable with your balance, to be returned to your bank account providing there is no damage/breakages or excessive cleaning on vacating.
A 100.00 Euro charge is to be paid locally on arrival to cover cleaning & laundry.
PLEASE NOTE, Air conditioning is operated on a paycard meter.
