This ground floor apartment is situated approx 45 mins from Alicante airport and approx 30 mins from Murcia airport.
The apartment contains hot and cold air conditioning,fridge/freezer,cooker,washing machine,tv,dvd etc.
Within literally 5 minutes walk from the apartment are a wide selection of bars and resteraunts.
Playa Flemanca beach is a 15 minute walk away where there a more bars and resteraunts.
There are numerous golf courses within easy distance including Villamartin championship course.
There is a communal pool within the complex.
The complex is also gated.

There is a host of bars and restaurants just walking distance - Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Indian, English and Irish. There is a large street market here every Saturday, within walking distance of the apartment. There are also plenty of shops, banks, supermarkets, hairdressers and gym.

When making travel arrangements, please note that on the day of arrival the apartment is not available until 4pm. On the day of departure we ask clients to vacate the apartment by 11am.

45 euros is payable on arrival at the apartment in exchange for keys. This covers the cost of an apartment clean after your stay. Towels and linen are provided, except beach towels.


Travel
Murcia airport is 20 mins drive away. Alicante airport is 40 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential, but if you want to hire a car it is available from both airports. If you decided not to hire a car, for a fee (reasonable rates) airport pick-up/drop off can be arranged.

Rates

Low Season Price : £140
High Season Price : £190 per Week

A £50 deposit is payable on booking and is non returnable if cancelled within 8 weeks of
. departure.Balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before departure.
A £100 returnable fee is required to cover any breakages that may occur.
A 50 EURO fee is payable locally on arrival for the clean of apartment after your holiday.
Our accepted payment method is cheque only.
