* The communal pool is lovely, but is only for those staying in the apartment and surrounding houses, so please, no guests. This is for security reasons. 
* The whole community is gated, so no one can get in or out without a key, This is really good for security! 
* the apartment block has its own roof terrace, which is available for sunbathing, drying clothes, or just to look at the view. 
*** Check out time is 12 noon, unless otherwise arranged. If your flight is late night, you may need to book an additional night to ensure you can stay in the apartment. The single night rate is £35 all year. So please make sure you are aware of this when booking. Thank you.

Playa Flamenca is a lovely community, with lots to do for young and old alike. It is a quiet place to live, but there are plenty of clubs and restaurants and bars close enough to be a lively holiday if you want it to be. Torrevieja is renowned for its large inland salt lakes, and has the best climate in the Costa Blanca. There are certain areas where you can go and bathe in the lakes, and the mud is said to be beneficial for all sorts of medical complaints, such as arthritis and excema. Best of all its FREE to do this!!! There are numerous towns and villages along the coast and inland to visit, which are very typically Spanish, and not many of the locals speak English, so be warned!

There are lots of local attractions, for which you will really need a car to make the most of them, but it is one of the best locations along the Costa Blanca due to its closeness to the beach, and "centre commercial" which is undoubtedly the best in the Torrevieja area. 
 
 
There are 6 golf courses on this stretch of coastline, and the most famous being "La Manga" resort, which is approximately 30 minutes drive. You will pass the "Mar Menor" which is the largest inland sea in Spain, and its safe beaches are brilliant for small children. Again, there are no real tourist facilities here, so take your phrase book.

Extra nights (part weeks) at any time £30 Winter Long term lets - 2 mths + price on application - please ask Summer long term lets - not available unless a full year rental! There is a £100 non refundable deposit required at the time of booking, with the balance being due approx 8 weeks before arrival at the apartment, which will be returned when the management company has checked the apartment after your stay. This will cover any minor damage or breakages not covered by our insurance. Cleaning fee payable locally on arrival of 50€ (approx £40) which is to cover all laundry, and cleaning of the apartment, so you don't have to!!! Bargain!
