Vacation Rental Description
This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated at Playa Flamenca V, close to the Celtic Isle pub and Saturday market. The property has two outside seating areas, living/dining room, kitchen, galleria area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and use of communal pool.
The property is located in a gated complex.
Through lockable gate to the property you have a patio area outside the front door ideal for al fresco dining or sheltering from the sun.
Through the front door, you have the air-conditioned living/dining room with leather corner sofa, wooden octagonal coffee table, glass coffee table with stereo player and table lamp, 3 seater sofa, unit with television and English viewing channels, wall unit, pictures, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
Through the dining area, you have the kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.
Through the door, from the kitchen, you have the internal galleria area with washing machine and water boiler.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe, hangers, chest of 3 large drawers and 2 smaller drawers, mirror.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and hangers. There is a door leading from the twin bedroom out to the patio area with table and 4 chairs and the garden.
The patio area with garden is also accessible from an outside lockable gate.
The bathroom has a bath and over the bath shower, toilet, sink, mirror and bidet.
There is a communal pool with grass, trees, umbrellas and seating.
Parking spaces inside the gated complex or on the road outside of the complex.
Playa Flamenca is a very popular area with holidaymakers so we expect this property to book quickly.
There is an information pack of things to do in the area, maps, restaurants etc.
Additional items in the property: iron and ironing board, clothes airer.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and 1 bath and hand towel per person is provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
No-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No animals.
Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

Mercadona supermarket 10 mins. Celtic Isle pub with outdoor swimming pool 2 mins.
Flamenca Beach commercial centre 10 mins with its many varied bars & restaurants. Large complex with food, drinks & entertainment to suit all tastes. Citrus centre & Horizonte commercial centre 15 mins. Den Engel lobster restaurant - Playa Flamenca beach.
Playa Flamenca beach approx 20 min. Saturday market, in the next street.
Driving ..
4 golf courses within 20 min drive.
Torrevieja town 10 min drive, restaurants, bars and shops. Harbour for boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
Lots of beaches within a 10 min drive. Las Habaneras shopping centre 10 mins drive. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling - 10 min drive. Water park (Aquopolis) open June-September. Pacha nightclub. Horse-riding. Jet skiing off Campoamor beach in the summer.

Bon-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. Balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers anyday of the week. Refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning. You will be met at the property with the keys, local area will be explained to you. Keys collected at the end of your stay. A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card. Arrivals between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am - €30 will be payable on arrival at the property. We are unable to have arrivals or departures on Saturdays until 16.00 hours (due to market).
