Our apartment is located on the attractive complex of Jumilla 111. Fully secure site with electric gates, lift, large communal pool and landscaped gardens. Tastefully furnished to a high standard, and is a home from home with  
sea views.Quiet location but close to amenities.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with vanity unit, wc asnd walk in shower. 
Main bathroom with vanity unit, wc, bidet and bath with shower over. 
 
Kitchen 
 
Fully fitted American style kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron/ironing board, kettle, clothes dryer, plus all crockery and utensils. 
 
Living rooms 
 
The spacious lounge/dining room has a table and 6 chairs, 2 comfortable sofas (one converts into a double bed) coffe table, cabinet and ceiling fan. There is sky tv with 30 channels, dvd player and cd/radio. Air conditioning/heating. 
 
Linen/towels 
 
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.

Coast/Beach 
 
Our apartment is within a 5 min drive or a 15 minute walk of superb blue flag beaches, including Playa Flamenca, with its new promenade linking walkways to 6 beaches to the south, also Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan and Campoamor.  
 
Golf 
 
There a 3 championship golf courseswithin a 5 minute drive. Villamartin is the most established course. Las Ramblas is the most challenging and Campoamor is set in 2 valleys with magnificient views. The new courses at Algorfa (La Finca) or La Marquesa at Quesada are also easily accessible. The famous La Manga club, with its three courses, is about 35 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit for the golf enthusiasts. 
 
Travel 
 
The apartment is situated approx 35 mins drive form Alicante and a 20 minute drive from Murcia.  
Most airlines fly to both airports.  
Try www.skyscanner.net for reasonable flights. We recommend you to hire a car, to enable you to explore the region fully which will enhance your stay.  
Airport transfers can be arranged with a local English driver. 
There are numerous bus stops near the apartment and vasrious taxi ranks throughout the area.

Our apartment is in a peaceful location, yet within a 5 minute walk to restaurants/bars including the renowned Irish bar The Abbey Tavern, the pub is styled on an abbey,with original church pews, intricate carved woodwork and stained glass.You can enjoy live music, nightly entertainment, an open air bar,internet computers and childrens play area. The popular Mosquito bar is also nearby.It is a 5 minute walk to a bank with an ATM machine, supermarket, restaurants/bars and also a beauty salon/hairdressers. Every Saturday there is a busy street market selling fresh fruit and vegetables,local food produce and some real bargains in shoes, clothing and houshold goods, a 5 min drive Playa Flamenca has three commercial centres Via Park 1 & 11 and Flamenca Beach Plaza offering a wide range of restaurants with informal Tapas, Irish-Italian, Italian, Tex-mex,Chinese, Indian, French styles and English. Villamartin Plaza is a 5 minute drive.

The lively resort of Torrevieja is 5km away, offering a lot of restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes on the very wide promenade which is popular for the "Spanish evening stroll". It has a marina, harbour,nature reserves, two large natural saltwater lagoons, the largest in europe. Habernas shopping centre is a must to visit, also the little boutiques.The children and the young at heart will enjoy a visit to Auqapolis water park with its rapids, kamikaze and zig-zag water slides, wave pool, swimming pool and infants pool, mini golf and much more. 
On Fridays the largest outdoor market in southern spain is held here. 
Benidorm is an hours drive where you can visit  
Mundomar- marine and exotic bird park 
Aqualandia - one of spains largest water parks 
Terra Mitica theme park - with exciting rides and fabulous shows 
Terra Natura - is a new generation wildlife park

Prices shown are for the property per week/two weeks in uk pounds. Electricity, water, air-conditioning/heating are included. Special rates can be negiotated for long term lets. A non-refundable deposit of 45 euros is payable to the key holder on arrival in exchange for the keys, this deposit will then cover the cost of the apartment clean after your stay. Changeover days are flexible but Saturdays are preferred. Booking notes A non-returnable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, once we have received and cleared your deposit we will send you a receipt and confirmation. The balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a £100 deposit for breakages and damage etc. This will be refunded a few days after your holiday on inspection of the apartment. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure then plesase send the total amount at the time of booking.
