A superbly located and furnished modern two-bedroom apartment with its own large solarium with views of the sea and surrounding areas.  
 
The large solarium has sun loungers and a shaded table and chairs for you to enjoy the sun and alfresco living.  
 
There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a double bed settee in the lounge, so it will comfortably sleep up to six people.  
 
English digital TV and a DVD player ensure that you don’t have to miss out on all your favorite programs while you are away from home There is also a CD player.  
 
Air-conditioning in the lounge and fanlights throughout the apartment keep it lovely and cool in the summer; in the winter months the air-conditioning keeps it and warm and snug.  
 
There is a safe and secure communal pool, a key is provided for your personal use on site.  
 
There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. 
 
There is a secure safe in the property. The key is available for a small deposit (paid at the location). 
 
Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.  
Beach Towels are not supplied.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with halogen hob, oven, microwave a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided. A Hairdryer is provided There is a safe available in the apartment. Linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. Please supply your own beach towels. Travel Murcia airport is 25 mins drive away. Alicante airport is 40 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential, but if you want to hire a car it is available from both airports. If you decided not to hire a car, for a fee (reasonable rates) airport pick-up/drop off can be arranged.

If cooking isn’t your thing there are plenty of restaurants in the area, the nearest being about 400m away. Beaches in the area are excellent with nearly all of them consisting of golden sand. The nearest being 5 minutes drive away. There is a large communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.  
 
The pretty port town of Torrevieja with it adjacent marina is just 10 minutes drive away. Here you will find museums numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There are also nightclubs, a casino, ten-pin bowling, cinema and a water park. Also of interest are the salt lakes, which are rich in minerals and are used for spa treatments. They are pink in colour and are frequented by flamingos. There is a wildlife sanctuary at San Pedro. There are 3 major championship golf courses all within easy reach of the apartment. Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar catering to all standards.

Charges for cancellations: time before booking date 8 weeks deposit + 20% 6 weeks deposit + 40% 4 weeks deposit + 60% 2 weeks deposit + 80% 1 week deposit + 100% There is a breakage deposit of £150 Which will be returned if there has been no damage. If booking via my website an insurance waiver can be purchased for £19. A charge of 40 euro is made towards cleaning costs. This is paid Locally.
