This new apartment is situated on a small secure complex .It is south facing and has the sun throughout the day and fresh. It has satelite TV with DVD plus all the Uk channels.It sleeps up to 6 people as there is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The galley style kitchen is very well equipped including a washing machine and microwave oven. The outside area is perfect for sunbathing and the private roof top solarium has sun loungers plus a table and chairs and a parasol. The private balcony off the living room and overlooking the pool is perfect for relaxing with a cool drink. or enjoying that romantic meal.The sunbathing area and the swimming pool are maintained to a high standard. The palm trees and colourful plants add to the holiday atmosphere. Nearby there is a choice of beautiful beaches, and also within walking distance to the commercial centre with a range of bars restaurants and nightlife. The supermarket next door is well stocked with a variety of food, drink, toiletries and other necessary holiday items .The nearest beach Punta Prima is approx 15- 20 minutes walk away ,Torrevieva is surrounded by two large natural salt-water lagoons. and the area is regarded as the healtiest place in the world to live The local beaches have earned a staggering ‘sixty-seven’ European ‘Blue Flags’ and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometers. All are within walking distance. Torrevieja town which is 10 minutes drive has countless bars and clubs. This is a typical Spanish town which not only has lovely beaches but also has a big street market every Friday. There is also a big market in Playa Flamenca which is approx 20 minutes walk away every Saturday , afterwards you can relax in the wonderful Celtic bar with its large swimming pool and free live entertainment Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area 
.The EU Blue Flag beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are approx 20 minutes away and have vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".  
Also within walking distance is the well known Flamenca Beach Commercial centre (largest in South Costa Blanca) with the Lansdowne bar, Rosie O'Grady's, the Blues Brothers, Divas Indian restaurant, Spud Murphies and 3 floors of bars and restaurants. . Nearby go-kart track for all ages (3 circuits).  
Less than 5 minutes walk from a new commercial centres with a range of bars and restaurants. 
20 minutes walk to the Celtic Isle Irish entertainment centre with own swimming pool, bars and restaurant and also the popular Saturday morning market. 
 
Nearby bus service into Torrevieja town or various taxi ranks throughout the area. 
It is only a 10 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

    • There is a childrens and adults pool and as this is a residential complex the pool is never overcrowded.It is extremely well maintained as is the surrounding bathing area.There are ceiling fans in all rooms which keep the rooms nice and cool.The nearby commercial centre has a range of excellant restaurants with live entertainment in many of the establishments.The solarium is totally private and sun loungers are provided. There are three golf courses within a ten minute drive. There is also a water park in nearby Torrevieja and .The kitchen is fully equipped and the nearby supermarket has everything necessary for self-catering

    • There is a welcome pack in the apartment providing details of all activities and how to access them There is also a water park in nearby Torrevieja and a go-kart track within walking distance of the apartment .The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes walk and from there you can walk to numerous small private beaches and bays. The beaches are well protected and safety procedures are in place at all times on the larger beaches. The sea is generally calm and wonderfully warm for swimming. There are numerous coach trips available and the markets in Torrevieja and nearby Flaminco Beach are a must with a varirty of clothes,household items ect. There is something for everybody

    We are offering 10% discount for a late booking provided that it is made within 1 week of the start date of the booking and is for a minimum duration of 1 week. We are offering a long stay discount of 15% from September through to May and 10% discount during June, July and August, for a booking between 4 and 8 weeks. One off payment of 40 euro for change/over cleaning to be paid on arrival Travel Murcia airport is 20 mins drive away. Alicante airport is 40 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential, but if you want to hire a car it is available from both airports. If you decided not to hire a car, for a fee (reasonable rates) airport pick-up/drop off can be arranged.
