Las Palmeras is situated on Monte Pego, one of the most prestigious developments of luxury villas on Spain's Costa Blanca. Monte Pego is considered to be one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential communities in the North Costa Blanca its spectacular mountain scenery forms a backdrop to the coastal plain, full of orange groves and rice fields. Monte Pego has its own tennis courts, bank, petrol station, internet cafe, bars and restaurants. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area next to an olive grove, with spectacular mountain views. Tranquil and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes from superb sandy beaches. The villa has easy access to all amenities including banks, restaurants and bars. Larger resorts include Denia, Javea and Moraira are a short drive away.
The area boasts hot summers and warm winters making it an ideal all year destination. The World Health Organisation describes it as "one of the healthiest living environments in the world". Superb long wide sandy beaches that reach "blue flag" standard are found along the coast, lined with numerous bars and restaurants.
The town of Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58m. Shopping in Denia is located in the main street, Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the many cafes which occupy this Parisian-style tree lined avenue. As well as offering high street essentials, there are some exquisite boutiques and gift shops. A multitude of restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine. At night Denia buzzes with nightlife, bars, restaurants and live entertainment.
Facilities
Las Palmeras is a luxury, modern 3 bedroom villa built in traditional Spanish style. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens the villa and 8 x 4 metre floodlit pool with Roman steps are built on one level. The large terrace provides you with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Complemented by the sunny naya and summer kitchen with barbeque offering all you need for 'al fresco' dining. With sun loungers for everyone and a patio table table and 6 chairs our villa provides all that you need to enjoy an idyllic retreat for your sunny Mediterranean holiday. Las Palmeras is a brand new south facing villa furnished and equipped to a very high standard and comprises of a spacious lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Safari Park, Vergel - 3kms, Terra Mitica theme park, Benidorm - 45kms, Aqualandia water park, Benidorm - 45kms, Xativa Medieval Fortress Town, Papal City - 60kms, Guadalest (2nd most visited Spanish site) - 60kms, Denia Harbour (offers trips to Balearics) - 10kms.
Golfing Activities - within 15 minutes drive of the villa is the Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18-hole course which was designed by the Spanish golfing legend Seve Ballesteros and is widely considered his best design to date. It's a links course, set right beside the Mediterranean, 6,270 metres in length off the white tees and a par of 72. The club also has a comprehensive driving range, pitch and putt area and a practice putting green. La Sella Golf Course, 25 minutes away.
