This brand new modern apartment completed March 2008 has been equipped to the highest standard with all the equipment a family will need for a fantastic holiday including Full UK TV (BBC & ITV, childrens.music and movie channels) The elegant 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located a short walk away from the main town of Pego which provides shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the superb beaches of Denia are approximately 5 miles away.
Pego is renowned for its superb year round climate, wonderful light and brilliant, clear night sky, Spectacular mountain scenery forms a backdrop to the coastal plain, full of orange and lemon groves and rice fields
Take a breath-taking drive inland through the mountains which will bring you to the lush Jalon Valley where you can visit a 'Bodega' to sample the rich local wines. We recommend a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest and a bathe in the nearby waterfalls. The El Vergel safari park is only a five minute drive away and the internationally acclaimed theme park, Terra Mitica only 45mins away. Shop in the local towns & markets of Pego, Denia & Javea for fashion & leather goods, then enjoy tapas in some of the best bars in Spain.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Private terrace area, lounge/Dining area, fitted equipped kitchen, utility room, underground parking, private elevator to your front door all on a gated secure complex with mature gardens and 2 pools.
The apartment will be within 5 minutes walking distance to the proposed largest new golf course with in the area.
Pego is the hidden gem of the Spain's Costa Blanca, sandwiched between orange groves, marshes and nine mountain ranges. Just a short hop from the hustle and bustle of Denia and yet it feels like another world.
Between Oliva’s coastline and Pego town lays the Marjal, a natural park which is home to numerous endangered species, even ospreys and eagles can be seen circling the airspace above. From June to August there is a free boat trip across the Marjal - or you can go on foot or by bicycle. You can enjoy an immense tranquility and feel totally at one with nature whilst exploring the green valleys and mountains via the network of walkers’ routes to be found in the area. Pego has traditionally been associated with growing rice, though its proximity to Valencia has encouraged the growing of citrus fruits to the detriment of rice. Pego, with its attractive town houses, offers everything from traditional restaurants and bars to local shops. No visit is complete without seeing the Ambra castle, with its spectacular view of the town, the orange groves and the rice fields. Pego's most popular monument is the Church of the Assumption with its breathtaking architecture of the 17th century and a bell tower topped with small canons
Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town set on Spain's northern Costa Blanca. Denia boasts modern supermarkets, an extraordinary number of banks, top quality shops, tax consultants, lawyers, doctors, dentists, the area's biggest hospitals and the courts of justice. Shopping in Denia is a sheer delight. The beaches are some of the best in Spain, and stretch for 20 Kms north and south of Denia.
The town of Javea is divided into three distinct localities, all quite different to one another. The old town - the original Javea - set back from the coast and is the place to visit to discover Spanish history and culture. Javea's old town has a truly Spanish feel. The port is still a working fishing port and a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fishing vessels, luxury yachts and seafront bars and cafes. The third area is the Arenal beach - one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca, a crescent-shaped, sandy beach with a fine promenade lined with bars, cafes, restaurants, gift shops and ice-cream parlours.

Activities
The region's beaches have been awarded 32 awards for cleanliness and these superb beaches are ideal for young families, being gently shelving and sandy - many with play areas for children, and bars and restaurants for the adults. The area has become very popular for water sports, including skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, scuba-diving, snorkelling and wind surfing. The many other tourist attractions include the Terra Mitica theme and nature park in Benidorm and many excellent safari parks and waterfalls.
So whether you are looking for nightlife or tranquillity, the region has something for everyone.
Why not visit the new shopping centre that has recenly opened in Ondara which is approx 10 mins from Pego, the centre consists of a food hall including McDonalds and manu others, shops for fashion, clothing, shoes, bags inlcuding C & A, there is also a cinema and bowling alley, the centre is open Monday- Friday 10am-10pm,

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required plus a small final clean charge of £35.00. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible. Longer lets available please ask for details
