It sits high on the hillside with uninterrupted views over orange groves towards distant mountain ranges and the sea. Perfectly situated for exploring the Northern Costa Blanca; the beaches of Denia and Javea are less than 20 minutes away, the Mediterranean Autopisa provides easy access to the vibrant cities of Alicante and Valencia. Take a drive inland and you will find quaint hilltop villages and magnificent mountain views within 30 minutes. Benidorm, with all its exciting nightlife, theme park and facilities is only 45 mins drive away.

    The period of rental is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. Bookings normally run from Friday to Friday but, for low and mid season periods, we can be flexible with start and end dates. A deposit of 25% of the total cost is due immediately at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 12 weeks prior to departure. Any late bookings less than 12 weeks prior to departure are payable in full at the time of booking. A contingency deposit of £100 is required at the time of final balance payment. This will be refunded to you on return of the keys and a clear property report from the management company. A booking form with full details will be provided.
