Our detached villa and grounds are well established, and form part of one of the first Costa Blanca estates built in the mid-1970s.

Accommodation is on one level and consists of 3 bedrooms (1 king/twin, 1 double and 1 twin), a bathroom, separate cloakroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, covered patio and large sunbathing terrace.

Wi-Fi and phone point - Phone for incoming and local outgoing calls (great for booking restaurants).

Additional facilities : Insect "zapper" light in kitchen. Mosquito mesh is fitted on all opening windows. Ironing Board and Iron. Hairdryer. Cool Box, folding chairs and umbrella are usually available for picnics or to take to the beach.

Being on a hillside, the tarmac roads to and from the villa are quite steep, but are still easily accessible by car or on foot. For your car, there is a large integral garage plus additional parking available on the driveway to the villa.

Orba is able to cater for your everday needs having several supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, opticians, dentist, bakers, fish-mongers, greengrocer, butcher, gift shops, post office, newsagent and tobacconist, a medical clinic.
Further afiled larger shops of all kinds can be found in nearby towns such as Ondara, Javea and Dena, and also as the recently opened Marina Complex at Ondara.

Bars Restaurants: 1 restaurant is within 300 metres of our villa, 3 more are within 500 metres at Orbets, 3 more within 1Km in Orba town Centre and 3 on the outskirts of Orba at 1.5Km.
Many further bar/restaurants can be found in the surrounding countryside.

Beach: Denia beach is a 20 minutes drive

Theme Parks: Terra Mitica - theme/amusment park; Terra Natura - Zoo/animal park; Aqualandia - Water part and Mundamar - Marine animal park.

The rental is for the villa and includes a pre visit clean, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and local phone calls, Sat TV, the provision of bed linen, bath and beach towels, pool ticket and for stays of 2 or more weeks a weekly/towel linen change.

All guests receive a 'Welcome Pack' on their arrival.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure the booking.

The balance and a refundable £150 Key/Damage deposit is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
