    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required with the balance payment. This deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damage to the property All bookings are done on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. The villa is available from 3.30pm and on departure vacated by no later than 10.30am, unless other special arrangements have been made.
