Changeover day:
Saturday. Although we do try to be flexible. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard and we ask you to vacate by 10.30am on your departure and would ask you not to arrive before 2pm.
Booking notes:
Non-refundable deposit of 30% of your rental is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable security/loss of keys deposit of £150 is required on confirmation of your booking, refundable 7 days after we have inspected the property.

Sarah and I live in oxfordshire with our two children, Hope 7 and Oliver 4 and out two west highland terriers. I work in a design studio in north Oxford and Sarah works part-time in Reading and is a full-time mum.
We try to use our 'place in the sun' as often as we can through-out the year!
We purchased our apartment, off-plan with Sarah's parents Carol and John in 2006, who are looking forward to retiring to spain in about 3 years. The apartment was completed in August 2008. We already knew the Jalon valley, as my aunt and uncle have a villa in Alcalali, and we decided that we wanted a holiday home in the area, with its proximity to the beaches of Denia, Moraira, Calpe anf Javea. With local attractions such as Guadelest Castle and the Cave of Skulls in Bendoleig.
We choose an apartment in Carrer de Baix, because of its village location in the Spanish village of Orba, with its bakeries, cafes, bars, supermarkets, pottery and restuarants all a short stroll away. Orba is equally placed between Valencia and Alicante airports. And only 15 minutes from the coast. We also felt its village location was preferable to a villa high up on an urbanization! The apartment is on a select development of eight, on a peaceful village street, with use of a shared communal pool, and roof terrace with breath-taking views across the mountains to the coast. Our garage provides off-street parking. We hope you enjoy your stay as guesta in our holiday home, in this beautiful part of Spain
