Vacation Rental Description
Casa Evesham is a wonderful spacious Villa for a family holiday. The living areas and in particular the Naya is worthy of note as this provides a wonderful location to watch the sun rise and set. Children are particularly well catered for with the larger than average heated pool (will be heated in agreed cooler periods)(consistent depth of 2m), a large ball court for football, badminton, volleyball etc, and TV with video and DVD player. Also wireless broadband The villa sleeps 6 as it is but extra beds can be arranged at additional cost. The living area will easily accommodate the extra people. The TV receives major UK channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky One, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky Movies, The Discovery Channel, Sky News and dozens of others. Additional downstairs double bed apartmeent, Lounge/kitchen and shower room. This is available for £110.00 per week - No other person(s) would be in the apartment during your stay. Deposit: 25% of total rental price.
Balance: due 8 weeks before arrival date.
Surety Deposit: £250.00 to be paid with the final 75% balance - deposit will be retuned subject to any breakages and delapidations within 2 week of leaving date.
Cancellation: Deposit not refundable if cancelled within 10 weeks of arrival date
Arrival time: 14.00 hrs. Departure: 10.00 hrs.
Method of payment: Bankers order, Internet transfer or cleared cheque. Credit cards not accepted.
Currency: Pound Sterling or Euros by agreement
Insurance: Must be the resposibility of guest(s) including public labailty.
Services: No additional charges for full villa cleaning prior to visit, bed linen, bath/ hand towels. End of week linen change and mini cleaning also pool heated. Pool will be heated without any extra charge from 20 Septeber
Mid week booking accepted. Also additional double bed apartment downstairs. No other person would be in the apartment during your stay.

Facilities
Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of the beautiful village of Moraira. Located in a quiet road on a hill that provides views across the valley and down to the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a superbly fitted bathroom, plus shower room & toilet, large lounge with a separate dining area, a glazed naya, various sun terraces and a private heated swimming pool, and a pool side shower. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, extra beds and cots can be provided. The large living room provides plenty of space to relax in the evening and has a TV that receives all major UK TV channels, wireless broadband, video and DVD player. There is a large dining area attached to the living room and terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped including washing/drying facilities. There is also a spacious naya with both dining & lounge areas with views across the valley. Also 2 bed apartment, lounge, dining area,kitchen, shower room.
Activities
Included in the villa grounds is a large ball court with net and basket ball.

- Nearest Airport : Alicante at 80 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Town : Moraira (village) at 3 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Directions from Alicante Airport to Moraira and Casa Evesham: Depending on your car hire company you will leave the airport car park in one of two ways ‘If you have been given an exit ticket ‘, as you leave the car park you will reach a four way junction, at this point go straight across and when possible switch to the right hand lane. ‘If you have not been given an exit ticket’ turn right from the car park and you will reach the same four way junction, here you will need to turn left and then as before switch to the right hand lane. In both cases follow the signs to Alicante and Valencia. Follow this road away from the airport and start following the blue signs for the motorway A7 heading towards Valencia. Get onto the A7 motorway (also signed E15 and A70) heading north towards Benidorm and Valencia. After approximately 24km on the motorway you will come to the toll booths. Take a ticket from the machine and continue to junction 63 (approx 70 km from airport). 5km before the junction you will see the first sign for the junction that indicates: 63 Benissa, Teulada, Gata des Gorges. On leaving the motorway you will have to pass through the tolls, the cost of which will be €5 – €6. Now follow signs to Teulada (not Benissa) Next you will have to navigate a series of roundabouts the first of which is approximately 3km after leaving the tolls. At the first roundabout take 1st exit – right – to Teulada (also signed Moraira). At next roundabout take 2nd exit – straight over. At next roundabout take 2nd exit – straight over. At next roundabout take 1st exit - right– up Teulada Main Street. Proceed up the main street, through numerous sets of traffic lights. At the top of the main street there is a roundabout , however, keep to the right hand lane and bear off to the right - signed Moraira

Prices are per week, in UK Pounds. Where midweek dates are agreed and overlap two of the above periods then a pro rata daily rate will be used . 2 weeks 5% discount. 3 weeks 8% discount - 4 weeks or more - by agreement. A 25% deposit is required to secure booking the remaining 75% plus surety deposit of £250.00 (euros 300) to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date. Prices include bed linen and towels for up to six persons. Additional occupants are charged at the prevailing rate. Linen and towels are changed at the weekend for Saturday to Saturday guests and for mid-week bookings would normally be arriving Wednesday and leaving Wednesday. A temporary single bed, baby cot and high chair is availabel at no extra charge. Also below main villa is a 2 double bed apartment available for £100.00 per week.(No other person will be in the apartment during your stay) Pool Heating: Surchage of £80.00 per week for Low & Mid seasons**
